I have used this pharmacy for many years however, the new phone system constantly sends out texts for scripts saying they’re filled and they're not and i either have to wait several hours or come back. This has been an ongoing problem for several months.Yesterday I had an extensive hand injury that resulted in major surgery and trying to get my prescriptions from this pharmacy has been a massive joke. They are always closed. I spent a FULL 24 hrs with no medication because I couldn’t get it from the stupid pharmacy!!!!These guys are great for regular meds you take all the time…aka the recurring prescription…but they are seriously not able to handle emergency med fills. This is a problem for a pharmacy and it gets passed down to patients who need the meds.I will be finding a new pharmacy from here on out. Because you never know when an emergency is going to pop up and this pharmacy is CLEARLY not equipped to handle emergencies when they arise.

The last two times I have attempted to fill prescriptions I have been met with incompetence and disrespect.Both times I ordered my prescription 48 hours in advance. When I arrived I was informed that they could not fill it for various reasons. When I asked why I wasn't called to be told this they informed me they didn't have the time for this. They just wanted me to show up and be met with issues once I was out of my medication. This gives me no time to work with my medical practioner to fix any issues (though both times it has been issues with the Pharmacy).I understand they work with sick and emotional people daily and are forced to work with those suffering through addiction, displaying drug-seeking behavior. This should not mean you approach everyone cold and rude. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist (as I am a medical practioner) he made eye contact with me and shook his head no.I'm astounded by the disrespect and I encourage anyone in Sumner to frequent Nicholason's Pharmacy or any of the other options available.

Staff does not communicate at all about when a prescription can or can not be filled. Have had a few experiences where the staff told me it would be ready next day and there were no issues. Until I go to pick it up and then they are unable to fill for reasons they knew about when I placed the refill.

Thank god there is a pharmacy around here that has a drive through and I dont have to go all the way to puyallup, bonney lake or Auburn to get my prescription filled. Thats prob. Why they are so busy all the time. Thank you guys ?

Pharmacist Mia refused to fill a prescription my son needed to stop him from vomiting. The prescription was written by an MD with urgency to prevent dehydration. Mia told me “I went to school” alluding to the idea she knew better then a physician and wouldn’t fill it.Bonney Lake Fred Meyer pharmacist filled it with no question.

Staff is very professional, high caliber, diverse and friendly. Anyone saying otherwise might have been having a bad day themselves and projecting. I have been going here since the day they opened.... 20 years?.. through all staff changes caring for my family of 5.

This is got to be one of the grossest, filthiest bathrooms I have ever seen in public. Kroger has totally let this store fall apart since buying out Fred Meyer. It's hard to believe that a public bathroom is in a place where you buy food and is in this kind of this disrepair. They had to take the mirrors down in the bathroom so the meth heads wouldn't stare at their faces for hours.
