I've tried several times reaching out to the owner of the Sumner location in regards to the older gentleman who works at that location. I've recieved zero reply back. The man who works here is the rudest, most impatient person I've ever seen. He makes coming here absolutely unbearable.

It cleans okay, except for whatever chemical they use I’m assuming acid took the polish off my aluminum wheels about 10 minutes fresh off a polish job. Should mention somewhere they use corrosive chemicals for aluminum

The wash is fine but if you use the vacuum with your card it changed me $10 for a 4 minutes and 13 seconds. UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL POST THEY DID IN FACT REIMBURSE THE EXTRA THAT WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. ....... TO THE CAR WASH YOU SHOULD POST THAT SO PEOPLE DON'T GET MAD

Used the vacuum and it says to press the green button when you are done. There is no green button. Maybe it was green a while ago, but not now. For anyone else confused, its the button where you use your card...
I hope they fix it in the future since I paid for an additional 7-10minutes of vacuuming...

The issue isn't that I failed to hit the stop button, the issue is that the button isn't green anymore! How am I supposed to push a green button that isn't green anymore!?

I paid for a wash and nothing happened
I called the number and got a rude person. They're is no one at the car wash to help. Of you use this car wash, good luck hope it works

Touchless car wash. Great if you just need to rinse off. Doesn't clean very well though.
