I was connected to DC Auto Transport through my broker Gary from Easy Auto Ship. I always get an enclosed transport to help prevent damage to my car. This time i shipped my Tesla from Texas to Washington and I am very pleased with DC Auto Transport. They took care of my car, reasonably priced, and the drivers are professional. In constant communication during pick up and delivery days. Highly recommend this company!

Very professional through the entire transaction! The front office staff and the driver were in communication with me the entire time and picked up/ delivered my vehicle in a timely manner but most importantly in pristine condition! I would recommend DCAT a 1000 times over!

I have used other companies in the past, but my expectations & needs were exceeded with DC Auto Transport. When it comes to reliability, communication and professionalism nobody else comes close. They are top of the line. 10/10, HIGHLY recommend.

I'm going to give this transport company the worst review. because it was a thrilling and unpleasant experience. The manager and driver of this manipulative complex Slavic accent have a very rude attitude and vicious language at the same time. The driver wanted to unload my car next to an interstate highway for his own convenience. His reasoning was that his truck was too big to drive around the city. It was a location that was a 30 minute drive for me but after I refused, his publicist called me and accused me very rudely. After the quilt flatly refused, he finally arrived 30 minutes later on a street 5 minutes drive from my house and unloaded my car. And he cursed me for rejecting him and wasting his time. I contacted the company through a middleman and never contacted me again after the intermediary received a commission. I don't recommend this company to anyone

Told me on a Monday that my car would be picked up on Wed. Driver didn't show. Then dispatcher tells me Friday. Again, didn't show up. Had to wait until Sat. Don't trust these liars.

Used DC to ship my old, beat-up mustang from Seattle to Nashville and was very happy with the service. They accommodated my pickup and drop off requests without any sort of push back. While my car was not as nice as the other cars they transported, I did not feel that it was treated any worse than the nicer cars. Very fast and responsive service, car was even delivered two days early. I was very worried about my car not making it down to Nashville in one piece as it has a lot of sentimental value but felt reassured when I realized that it would be safely enclosed from pick up to drop off. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent company to work with if you’re concerned about on-time delivery. Just received my vehicle within the time frame promised. The driver Ion was responsive and courteous and very cool to work with.
