From booking an appointment to my haircut - everything was great. I called in yesterday checking to see if they had availability and I was able to get an appt for the next day at the time I wanted. You can also book online if you'd like. The salon looks clean and my stylist Payton did an amazing job on my haircut today! I showed her a few pictures/ videos of what I was looking for and asked if it would suit my face - she gave me great advice. I love the length and the way she styled it. I Will definitely be returning back and booking her.

Twice now I've made an appointment for my daughter only to arrive at the salon and have them tell me they have no record of the appointment. Very frustrating and disappointing that they do nothing that make it right. Will not be going back.

This salon is so great. The staff is amazing. The location is easy to get to and always has parking options. The style in the salon is so clean and welcoming. The owner is fantastic. Her energy and skill set for managing is really impressive to watch. Amanda is so amazing. I always have a great time with her. I have had a few stylists here but she's my go to for sure! I have watched other stylists and I'd say that there is so much talent here. Highly recommend

Kenzie cut my hair and styled it, and Holy MOLEY it looks and feels so good! I get compliments on it ALL the time!! She recommended amazing products so I can continue to fix it at home, and I just adore it. I also adore HER! I'll never get my hair done with anyone else! Thank you, Kenzie - YOU ROCK!!

I really appreciate Morgan services, to the point I followed her from her previous location. Lol I appreciate how comfortable she makes me feel, especially when it comes down to sugaring. No judgment but understanding. She has also mentioned a couple products that have helped me a lot! I walk out happy with the services she provides:)

Go see Madison! She is an amazing colorist, and she has done wonders to my hair! I always leave feeling fantastic. She is attentive and caring and so positive. The salon itself it's super cute - it's chic and feels upscale in the middle of downtown Sumner. Our whole family has been there and every stylist we've worked with is so wonderful. But seriously - if you've had a bad experience before with colors or cuts, you want to go here to renew your faith in the stylist (aka miracle-workers) community!

Went to Morgan to get a full volume set of lashes and for sugaring! Not only did everything turn out amazing, but her overall vibe is so welcoming, funny and charming. She makes you feel so comfortable during your services. No judgement zone for sure!! Really happy I found her!!!!

I went in for a trim and to get bangs. I saw Michelle. Omg she did a phenomenal job. Everything turned out exactly as I wanted. She was so friendly and did an exceptional job. Couldn’t be happier.

Thank you, Shelby, for making me feel so beautiful and welcomed. The little touches went such a long way. I've never had someone ask me what temperature I liked when shampooing my hair!! You did exactly what I wanted and I love the results. It seemed like a great working environment between all the stylists with collaboration and just generally being kind and considerate of each other/ clients. It was my first time at this salon but I'll be back!!!

I drive from Lakewood to see Ally. I started off with dark brown hair and she has slowly turned me into a blonde without damaging my long thick hair. And kept my hair looking great throughout the process. She's always friendly and on time. And I love the fact that I don't have to sit there for 7 to 8 hours like I did with previous stylists.

Leeanne is one of the best in the business! She is so dedicated to each one of her salon employees, her clients and the business in general, and it shows through and through. Leeanne is a great teacher and one of the most talented stylists I have ever gone too. Love Bangs Salon and highly recommend going there.

Unprofessionalism at it's best. Purchased the Groupon for a HC and deep conditioning treatment. Ally was, unfortunately, assigned to my service. She chuckled when I told her I am losing my hair. She didn't pay attention to the many times I expressed I needed layers (with pics). I now have a one length bob, no layers. She had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about a particular brand of products (that she was standing directly in front of). She clearly could not have cared less about my hair or her job, for that matter. Took two hours for the entire service! She was half asleep. Would have been longer but I asked if I could just check out and leave. Emailed the owner after thinking on it. Crickets. No reply/recognition at all from them. If you're a first time customer don't bother trying it out. Or make sure to NOT get Ally.
