It states that they close at 6:00 and yet 10 minutes to 6:00 their doors were locked. Wonderful considering they don't except deposits through their ATM machine. Starting to wonder why I even opened this account in the first place.

I waited in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes..I understand short staffing, busy times, but you should at least acknowledge and apologize for the long wait time.
