“This is a nice store. The personnel is usually nice and friendly, although I’ve noticed that sometimes it takes a while to get help from them or you need to wait long lines to pay for the products you are buying because they are understaffed. The holidays are always the worst. Sometimes you can get good deals, specially if you have the JCPenney Credit Card.”

“The coolest part of this experience...they had all the vintage perfumes I loved in junior high. I was never one for their outfits, but I definitely loved their perfume options. We bought 6 bottles! You can't find this perfume anywhere.”

“So remember back in the day everyone used to wear Tommy, Nautica and Polo? I still wear tommy but only the jackets lmao. I came in here with the intensions of not buying anything. I ended up walking out with a red tommy jacket that I could not resist. Lol it was 76 bucks and it was on sale, why not. I think that's the only good thing about the outlet mall, the sales lol. But this store had alot, I may swoop in for another jacket though lol. Priorities smh.”
“I have been shopping, consigning and volunteering at JBF Tacoma since my kiddo was born, and she’s now about to turn 11! JBF is great for saving tons on all of the infant and toddler items we go through as our kiddos are growing. Now my kiddo shops with me and we can get her a whole new closet full of clothes and necessities, shoes, books, toys, arts and crafts and even room decor for so much less, which is usually paid for by the items I consign! And, it’s so much fun!”

“Sold my kids' clothes. Just had one bin of winter jackets and a few pairs of jeans and PJs. Came back within one hour and got my $55 in cash. My clothes are still in mint condition like brand new since my kids barely wore them and they don't beat their clothes up. Was hoping for more money but it is what it is. Better to make some cash than just donating "brand new" clothes. Last time I got over $80 but that was before CoVid soooo...wasn't expecting much.”

“Great store. People are helpful and friendly and selection was great. Took my oldest daughter and fiance there on separate occasions for back to school/work shopping and both loved the fit and selections. From age 16 to 48, skinny to plus, from comfy to hip to sheek, they have it all at great prices. Even for myself a few pairs of jeans.”
“Much better management and the store for the first time ever has a manager who cares about her customers and how best to service them. Even all the employees under are as nice and affable as their boss! The new boss is such a blessing that finally I enjoy shopping in that shop. “The 2 employees there went above and beyond for us today. They were super kind and patient as our daughter requested to try on many pairs of shoes (Keilani had to go to the back room several times) and even helped us put the charms into my daughter's new crocs for us. Both were pleasant and smiling the entire time.”

“One of my favorite stores ! Not to big not to small . Just enough space for you to shop , look around .. see what you like then come back . It’s pricey .. just a pick things here and there type store .If you know nothing about strollers and car seats this is where you go you get 1:1 tutorial and if it’s busy might be 3:1 but it’s ok . They try their best to help .Be prepared if they don’t have what you need in store when it comes to car seats and strollers so order early .Go on a weekday as well .”
