Nothing nice too say. They took down the last review .they are a terrible place. Take money from people.keeping their customers money. Look it up on social media has it every where. Trying to keep my friends money .

Worst customer service in all of the chase branches. I haven’t had one good experience ever. Why did they have to shut down the Fred Meyer sumner location.

This is an awesome branch! Everyone here is very friendly and makes you feel welcome when you walk in. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or needs! Belyn is who helped me while I was in and she was so nice and knowledgeable, you could tell she really cared about building relationships with customers and trust!

Super friendly always nice there ....it's old.... The drive-through is small but it's what you would expect for a small town old bank.... The Chase in the town I lived in before sucked.... This one and the people make up for it otherwise I would be looking for a new bank.

I live in Auburn. I don't bank with chase. I needed to depositi my sons tax return and stimulus check because he is away at boot camp for the Marines. The chase banks in my area got such horrible reviews I drove from auburn to Sumner to deposit the checks. The bank was not busy, the teller was friendly and helpful. Their doing it right in Sumner. Thanks Chase bank.

I have been having trouble with different branches and when I called this one, Annette got me an appointment right away and was EXTREMELY helpful and happy to help. Definitely recommend!

Chase is the worst corporation I've ever encountered. Their customer service in the face of a family tragedy has deterred me from ever becoming a customer and I will recommend to anyone who will listen to avoid them at all costs.
