“I visited Canada post around 4:30 on Saturday. There is one girl worked there - simarjot k . She was very nice with the customer infront of me but those two people were so rude with her. She asked politely that if you are still figuring out something, can i just take drop off from the next customer so they do not hv to wait longer but they start yelling at her that why did you say this!! Call your manger and when manager came she supported customer and helped them . but i went to her and console her bcz i also work in customer service and sometimes people are being so rude . There should be a helpful centre for employee, if customer being rude to them especially in postal service like these!”
“I've never had a single problem with my mail carrier and when I go in person to the post office the ladies are always so nice and helpful (I go a lot so I'm a regular) but they have always helped me, quick and friendly. I like being able to go so close to home for multiple trips in one day as well.”

“I have used them a few times to ship items that are either not available in Canada or have tempting deals south of the border. The account setup process was super efficient and they have always sent me a 'parcel available for pickup' notification within the hour of packages being delivered. After account setup, you just use the address they provide as the Receiving address for your item.Furthermore, whenever I have walked into their store, I have always found a pleasant and courteous employee on the other side of the desk. Their charges are pretty reasonable too at $4 CAD or USD”
