“This was the best pharmacy experience I've ever had. We just had a baby 2 days ago, and my wife was prescribed nipple cream because feeding is not always perfect (ouch!).I got there 2 min before closing, and asked if they could take the prescription and just do it the following day, I was obviously too late. They explained their compound pharmacist would be away for the long weekend, and I could pick up on Tuesday. That was pretty distressing news, so I asked where else I could go, we really needed this stuff. An older gentleman who was also behind the counter asked to see the prescription, said something to the cashier, and told me "I'll just make it now". I couldn't believe it! So they stayed open an extra 20 min on a Friday of the May long weekend to help out my wife and me.Treating a random customer coming in last second this well shows they must be simply amazing people. I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you Abby Pharmacy! ?”

“This has always been my go to save on location but I think my experience today warrants a review. The weather is not great and I didn’t feel like being out for long so took advantage of their pick up system. When I got home I found that unfortunately a few items, about a bag of groceries, were missed.When I phoned they were so quick to search through the coolers for missing bags. After not finding anything Erin was quick to say “Let’s go through this list and figure out what’s missing.”She was so kind throughout the process and even offered to personally shop the missing items for my pick up tomorrow.I totally understand that mistakes happen but how you try to fix them says a lot about your company.Thank you for being so great!!!!”
“After a bad experience with Walmart Pharmacy ( Highsteet ) I was having two options -Costco or Freshco pharmacy. Many users in Facebook group suggested Freshco is good one and after 2 months - I am sure my decision was right and correct.
Staff is very good, understanding and helpful and they try to help out patients as best they can.
Issues and incidents will always happen wherever human work force is.
I strongly recommend FRESHCO PHARMACY to anyone who wants to have a caring important institution supporting them.
