Everyone there is so friendly, knowledgable and the waiting area is very comfortable. Sam, one of the owners even has treats for the doggies! “Wow! Shane & Aanchai go above & beyond. I felt like I was dealing with a small hardworking family business who cared that I left happy. When I had to bring my car in for some minor things after having body work done there they gave me a very expensive high end courtesy car that they covered (not ICBC) just for my inconvenience and wanted me to be happy. When I picked my car up even their technicians were excited to show me the work they had done. So nice to see people taking pride in there work.
I'm so impressed with how much everyone cared. I had an unrelated problem with my car and Aanchai was so prompt to get back to me and so flexible about me bringing it in. Even though it had nothing to do with them they diagnosed it and Shane thoroughly explained to me what was wrong and gave me the confidence to go to the mechanics who had done the work, who are now fixing it for free. This place is a gem in this day and age. I would highly recommend them.”

“Excellent service today ! Had lost my Thule roof top carrier keys, called ahead and brought Thule to your shop. Employee and myself went thru 100 master keys, found the lucky one 3 from the end and still wouldn’t open so we tried a new key from their display carrier and it worked. Was able to buy one of the 2 from that set( I needed carrier for next day) and ordered 2 spares to arrive in a few weeks.Thanks again!!!!!Mike”

“Craftsman Collision across from Seven Oaks Mall had incredible costomer service! My vehicle got some minor damage and needed to be fixed. They were able go get me in quickly and had my car back to me in no time looking good as new. They even cleaned the interior! Unfortunately, I got home and realized I had a screw in my tire. I then contacted them to inform them of the issue. They promptly referred me to a local tire shop and said they would pay for it to be patched, even though they could have argued that it happened after I left. Unfortunately, the screw ended up being through the side wall and the entire tire had to be replaced for $550. I then spoke to the manager and explained the situation, fully expecting him to reject my request. However, he signed off on the entire balance to be compensated, even though I had no way to prove the screw came from their shop. “Fix Auto is a Tesla-approved body shop. I had to replace my windshield for my model 3. Erin whom I spoke with at the time explained the process well. She was warm, helpful & gave me the relevant information I need. When I came in for an assessment, their reception office was nice & clean. Erin even offered me a drop off/pick up service to/from my home on the date of the repair. They finished the repair quickly & I didn’t have to wait the next day to pick up my car. Kelly at reception gave me a nice package of the invoice, certificate of guarantee & receipt. They even washed & vacuum my car. Execellent service is what I got. A rare thing these days. I highly recommend them and probably will use their expertise again when I have a need for it. Ty, Fix Auto! Keep up the great work! ?”
