These guys have regulated the USPS daily digest email program to worthless USPS spam because they are no longer willing to scan the mail that they will be delivering to us. I suppose since they like to deliver my mail into my neighbor's box so much, they wanted to stop giving us the heads up as to what to expect in the mail so we would not be able to be cognisant of their poor performance.

This is another reason we need less government. The feds can't seem to run anything efficiently. Im at the PO 1 out of 3 packages I get, or tried to get. Service is getting worst and worst.

I’ve never had a great experience at a USPS, but this location in Sultan definitely goes above and beyond! Located on the main street and with ample parking spots, they provide all services you need. I came here to establish a PO Box and it only took a few minutes to get everything sorted out. The staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to handling shipments.
This location offers on call pick ups on Saturdays only from 11am-12pm and they have 24hour access to lobby for easy access your PO Box. Another perk to this location is they provide a physical address for those pesky services that do not accept PO Box as mailing address.

I have been to this post office many times to pick up or ship out packages. The staff are all very friendly and have gone out of their way to find packages that I mislabeled. I feel very comfortable coming to the location.

Refuse to use detour to deliver mail. Garbage,ups have both figured it out the customer service at the office is good but the courier needs some serious help beyond frustrating

This place is awful and probably one of the reasons USPS is inching closer to being shut down as a service due to just high incompetency. They literally act as if they can't call the couriers who deliver to certain areas to ask them about issues that come up during their daily runs. My advice make sure whatever you have sent has absolutely no value or you can get your money back in some way.

Cannot get anyone to call me back about continuous issues with my mail and packages. No management to oversee anything as the post master retired and they state nobody has been put in charge since. Absolutely ridiculous and I have given up on any hope of my mail issues being resolved. Beyond frustrating!

The USPS phone routing system is terrible. You can't get to a USPS person based on the options presented by the system and submitting an online service ticket with a 3 - 5 business day call back just isn't supportive of the situation. And my tax dollars pay for the leadership who created this poor customer experience. My God.

I have a PO Box at this location that I receive all my mail and packages at. Ana is by far the sweetest, most helpful postal worker I have ever encountered. Alway a joy getting to encounter her on my weekly visits to the Post office. This location has easy access for curbside parking to walk in grab your mail and drive off. They always have supplies such as, tape, boxes, cards, gift cards, stamps etc. I highly recommend this post office if looking at getting a PO Box. I’ve never had a single issue for a solid year now. I love this post office. Everyone's always been so helpful and the line is usually very short. I used to live in Kirkland and the service and wait time at both Kirkland and Woodinville were horrible any time of year, but at Christmas in was mind numbing. Let's give these Sultan postal workers our support and thanks.

I don't like that they claim your package was delivered when it wasn't, and they deliver it 1-2 days later instead. Not fair for prime paying members.although, I do like our mail delivery lady
