Bad Business and Unprofessional! We stored our daughter’s car here in August 2023 abruptly because she was returning home with us down south. My daughter went back in February 2024 to retrieve her car. When asked if she was given paperwork to close out storage she replied no, that she was given her keys and pointed to the direction of her car. As of today, LSR has been continuing to charge our card. My husband called and told them that the car was not in their possession and asked for a refund for the 5 months charged. He was told that they can only give him 1 month refund. So I called him and spoke to the manager, I believe Jake is his name. I explained everything to him including the charges and he proceeds to tell me that my daughter didn’t tell him to close out the storage and so they continued to charge our bank card. I told him why wouldn’t he have asked knowing that we live in another state far away. Why would he expect a spot to be held in case we bring it back. He tells me that he made us known of how the the process goes when we bought the car to his yard and I told him that he did not or else my husband or I would have called him the very moment my daughter flew in to Washington to pick up her car to drive back home! I asked if he would give us our money back for the 5 months and he said no that people bring their vehicles and boats back and forth all the time. So I told him that his business practice is unprofessional and greedy and that he should have had the decency to call his customers as a courtesy call to assure continuity of storage instead of taking money from their account when the vehicle has been gone for months!! I do not recommend using them. A decent business would have refunded back at least 3-4 months.

Stored our RV here for 2.5 yrs and couldn’t say anything less. Great couple owning it and very friendly with best prices within a 100mile radius. Only reason we left was cause we moved. Check it out everyone

All-around Great storage spot! Clean gravel lot, Easy access, fair prices, excellent customer service. You can pay for one month at a time or for as many months as you want and They will send email reminders when you owe for the next month. Best of all, they have a side gate that they can open remotely just by texting them if you need access after hours.
