Customer service is completely non existent. I don't know what kind of business these people are running. Can't get a response from them even after making an order / inquiring about one. From other reviews it looks like they're running a scam... BEWARE !!!

Customer service has been top notch to date. Had an issue with a part I ordered, no fault of Rat2 and they owned the issue and worked with me to find a solution. This level of service will keep customers coming back.
