I think a different spot would be better, ours was on the main road and very busy, and noisy in the morning with people leaving. The internet was pretty slow. Traffic to get back to the city was a lot everyday of the week, other than that, great spots that are easy to pull into.

We stayed here for 5 weeks and very much enjoyed it. My kids REALLY loved the turf at our site for playing, dancing, and practicing gymnastics. We were in back in site 148 in a 45 ft 5th wheel and a dually tow vehicle and we fit just fine with plenty of leftover space. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. Clean park for sure. The coffee shop had opened our last week there and it was a gem. We met some amazing folks while here, but my favorite was our neighbor in 147 and his dog Lucy, so make sure you say hey if you are there before he leaves. Great guy! Most of the campers here are work campers, so your traveling nurses, traveling pipeline etc which means the park stays pretty quiet. We did get to see an AMAZING hour long firework show on the 4th of July. Thanks Katie and everyone for all you do! We'd definitely be back if in the area again.

We are staying here for 2 months . The park is 3 years old , and is outstanding . So easy in and out. Restrooms, showers, laundry are spotless. The office staff “ Katie” is so kind and helpful. Dani is the GM of park, she really has a keen sense to operate this resort. They have a cool coffee shop right on the premise. We have been full time for 4 years and this is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. We will definitely be back

This is truly an amazing RV park! My partner and I are young, full-time van lifers and finding this RV park was honestly a breath of fresh air. The whole property looks brand new, there’s a huge dog park, private bathrooms and showers that are super spacious and very clean, and even a cafe on site which is a huge bonus! Location is amazing and the mountain views are unreal. Everyone from the staff is so nice and accommodating and made us feel very welcome and safe! Honestly just a 10/10 campground, which is very hard to find these days :)

The park feels like a community and the staff is great too. There is turf in the rv spots that keeps all the dust down in our tiny home. We also love that it is locally owned!

Such a great RV resort! We stayed here Christmas Eve/Day in order to make our trip to Steven's Pass shorter (40min vs 2.5hrs). Online check in was a breeze, the bathrooms were nice and clean (each private bathroom has a shower), and the parking spots were very nice. Each pad has astro turf and a picnic table.

Terrific staff. Clean restrooms. Clean park. Safe, with good lighting and watchful staff. Great wireless network throughout. On-site coffee shop, really great coffee and snack food and tables to hang out at or drive up window. I love it all.

Overall very nice, landscaped, new, well maintained park still under construction. Staff was friendly and helpful (but seemed more concerned in appeasing locals than guests at times). Plenty or area, pretty treed/mountainous views, dog friendly (fenced dog park), well lit and felt very safe. Definitely would stay here again.Staff: Friendly/Helpful-Security/Safety: Partially fenced but not gated, rural out of the way area felt very safe-Park Condition: New/Still under construction, well maintained, well kept rigs only, No trees onsite-Attractions: Near seattle, hiking close by, they did have a few food trucks come on siteAmenities:-WifFi: Yes ⅖ usability (not able to connect TV to internet)-Laundry: Yes, never used-Restrooms: Yes, never used-Propane: On-site, staff fill for you during office hours-Dog Accommodations: Fenced off-leash dog park large. No walking areas except short sidewalk-Cell Signal: AT&T good 4G LTE turns moderate/poor when overcast-Recreation: 2 pickleball courts, gravel area with basketball hoop, 2 horseshoe/cornhole areas, playground with very squeaky swings, volleyball netSite:-Site Electrical: 30 and 50 amp new pedestals-Site Sewer: on campsite, good condition, not elevated (set into ground)-Size/Pull Through/Back-in: 90’ Pull Through-Area: Level cement and asphalt pad, plenty of room to park/maneuver, artificial grass and gravel area between sites, Picnic table, good distance between sites, enough room to park 4 vehiclesCons- We had been walking our dogs on a public road behind the park, we were asked to only walk on ¾ of the road as a neighbor's dog didn’t like dogs walking in the area. Locals would aggressively “buzz” by me in their vehicles while I was walking dogs. Eventually they placed a ‘private road-residents only’ sign on the public street. Staff said locals had always been very unhappy about this RV Park being built here and they were wanting to appease them whenever possible so reinforced that we should not walk on the public road. There are no other areas in the immediate area to take dogs for a walk, just the dog park, which gets a lot of use so it can be tricky to get a moment alone there if your dog isn’t dog friendly. Other open grassy areas are muddy/weedy with thorny blackberry starts scattered throughout making them not great for dogs to play/walk in.

We stayed here for 1 month in Aug. The spots are very spacious and clean. The family that owns the park are super friendly and helpful. Tom, the camp host, is also very friendly. We will stay here again.
