Love this place!?!? Great service and very good food! The staff is always very friendly. I come here daily and love their buffaloes hot wings ❤️. They have wide variety of beers on tap and the atmosphere is always very welcoming!

Misty was the best property manager I ever had. As long as she is working there, Steilacoom Woods will feel like home. My wife and I talk about Steilacoom Woods all the time. We really miss it. Thank you Misty and God Bless You.

Beautiful apartments in a great area! Priced well and even have studios. Management is incredibly kind and helpful!I definitely recommend living here!

I absolutely love it here! My studio has been recently renovated and it's extremely cozy. Staff is the BEST and always available to assist. Repairs are completed in a timely manner. Great landscaping with a quiet neighborhood. Close to waterfront.

Run far, run fast. This place is not in any way worth the time or money. It is sheer luck if you end up with a decent unit. All are in various stages of remodel so there is a great lack of consistency. Some have not been touched in what looks like decades while others seem to have a quick face lift to hide the neglect and disrepair underneath so don't get too commited to any photos you see of the place. Nothing of any significance gets done. Most of the focus is placed on "beautifying" things so expect regular issues with plumbing, mold, dry rot and just about any and everything you can imagine in properties that haven't been properly maintained. The manager manages several other properties and frankly can't keep up. Their current maintainence works at several properties along with her and is clearly not competent enough to do anything beyond a rush job/bandaid solution. Which has been the case with a long string of maintainence that comes and goes here. In the course of my (and my family's) regrettable 5 years at this location we've had cabinets destroyed from a faulty sink sprayer hose, floor destroyed from flooding dishwasher and their own maintainence (at the time an individual named Josh), baseboards scraped up by maintainence, counters messed up by maintainence, nails through feet from exposed strip of nails under carpet and the list goes on and on. The final straw for my family and I was 5 years of worsening mold growth that went ignored by management. Each year getting worse and worse. They finally sent 2 third party people they hired out and not only confirmed the issue, but that we are in no way responsible nor could we have prevented it. Mind you, this occured after their current maintainence (Charles) coming in for all of 3 seconds and trying to blame us and making ignorant comments of "I'm no doctor, but your kid seems fine" in response to our complaints about the mold issue. That alone should make anyone considering living here go elsewhere. Who on earth wants to end up paying for damages they didn't cause or risk their health because incompetent employees can't be bothered to do their job?! So a month later was the problem fixed? Nope! There's always a reason to drag their feet. If something unimportant needs to be done they can't send maintainence out fast enough to fix/botch the job. Anything serious, don't hold your breath. Don't learn the hard way like us! Look elsewhere.

Lived here for just about a year and was sorry to leave. Quality, professional, and friendly management who is usually available and quick to respond to requests/repairs/concerns. Complex is kid friendly, relatively quiet, and safe. Reasonable rent and utilities, especially for its proximity to the water. Personally had a very positive experience with our rental here, would definately recommend.
