“I just wanted to share my experience as a customer with this place as I think they deserve this review.
I’ve had units at multiple storage facilities and currently rent from the newer building and never have I had staff that assisted me when I was going through a really difficult time so graciously. Both the site manager, Austin, and the other manager, Fern, have both been empathetic and kind to me. They have gone above and beyond in helping with anything I needed and made sure I was taken care of. When it comes to management, I HIGHLY recommend this location.
Not only that, but the property is maintained and you can trust your items to be stored here with no issues. There’s also an app for digital access and transactions, so it makes it really easy to pay without going in-store or even over the phone. AND they offer two types of promotions to welcome you that runs for three months and saved me money, which in these times, will definitely make it worth it.
With all that said, I only store with Extra Space after my experience. If you have any doubts, take the chance and see for yourself why storing your items is worth it!”

“We just moved our stuff into our unit and we cannot say enough good things about West Coast Self Storage in DuPont. Shawn was fabulous, we needed more room than we thought and Shawn was able to switch us to a larger unit no problem! We also utilized the moving truck and only had to pay for the mileage and gas that we used, the truck was very large and came with a dolly to help with the bigger items. Moving in was such a breeze thanks to Shawn! We highly recommend renting here and would absolutely rent here again!”
“I was at a deadline to get all my things out of my garage to move out of a rented house into a small apartment. All the items needed to go into storage that weekend. Most storage places were closed & unavailable to talk to. The Narrows Self Storage was available & helped me through the process to acquire a unit immediately & be able to move my things in right away !! This saved me so much stress, money & trouble by being open & a real, live person available over a weekend. I appreciate the Narrows Storage so much !!!Excellent customer Service !”
“I've had a shed for a couple months that I've paid rent on and still to this date not put anything in it because my truck broke down and I couldn't get my stuff to the shed,now my truck is almost repaired and my shed is due and I didn't make it in eto make my payment but I called and Rosa ,the person there assured me that everything will be ok and not to worry and she will help me however possible she could with this matter and that put my mind at ease so I could continue getting my truck running and that should be by tomorrow morning,thank you Rosa for putting my mind at ease,Sincerely Don j Force”
“Great place! Great management and great prices!! Part of the property has a fence that has a gate that closes and takes a key card to get in after hours. Property is always well taken care of and has cameras for security. They offer business spaces as well to rent.”
“This is a decent storage facility prices are a little high I need a 10x10 is $200 a month barely 10x10. But the people that work here are friendly and it has 24 hour security and some cameras. I say some cameras because there's a couple on the outside but really no videos of the inside where your units are”
“Storage facility is clean and secure. I've had to drop by after dark a couple of times and it's well lit. The manager has been very responsive and friendly when I've had questions. Also very easy to maneuver a truck and trailer around the facility as the roads are wide.”
“We have had 2 units and a space for car. Employees were very helpful showed the property. Rates were reasonable compared to other states. Although I would always recommend checking around regarding cost it does vary. If we ever need a place in this area we would definitely use them. Although I do recommend a car cover. Cars are close to pines and we had a heck of a time getting sap off.”

“Awesome employees 24 hour security guard! 24 hour access for verified businesses! I have not had any issues with security or management. Recommend this to friends. Good prices! may not be the cheapest, but nice and secure.”
“I came in to get some scuba tanks filled in Tacoma. The free 3 hour moorage was enough time for me to get them filled, get some groceries, and eat lunch at the marina.”
“I can't say enough about this facility. They have been wonderful - from the much better rates, to the exceptional customer service, they make it easy to pay, etc. I had Public Storage nextdoor in the past and they were HORRID!! I am so glad that I get to do business with this company!!”
“I have had a unit at this location for almost a year. I've never had any issues with my unit, payments, etc. I've used other storage units in the past (Public Storage). I've had to pay my rent a little late a few times and I've never had a problem. The staff and manager all have great customer service skills!

“After scrolling up and down looking for a secure storage, I decided to give a try to secure storage after having a bad experience with another storage.I met a sweet and patient young lady by the name Tamara, who took her time to show me the unit I was looking for. She went above and beyond to help me sign up for one of their units in Tacoma which was near me. Thank you so much Tamara . BTW the place is so clean.I recommend.”

“Amazing service. Very clean facility, I never saw any debris around and had no spider’s or signs of pests in my unit. I’ve lived in the area for 15+years and I know the area has kind of gotten a little rough to say the least but I never noticed too much foot traffic or anyone lingering around the area. I had an outside unit right by the front entrance and was there pretty regularly over the last 5 months. Overall great experience with Century 21 and the employees there as well as some of the other tenants. I felt safe leaving my valuables there literally thousands of dollars of shop equipment, electronics, and car parts(nothing with fluids) knowing that everything would be exactly as I left it. I really felt the need to write this review as I had such a great experience from start to finish with Century 21 putting me at ease knowing my belongings were safe and protected. Thank you to everyone at Century 21 for your excellent customer service and upkeep of your facilities. I would highly recommend your storage facility to anyone in or out of the area looking for a great price and quality storage unit.”
“I really like this place. It's quiet and there isn't a bunch of people there at one time that someone would be bumping into while you try to do things with your storage. I think the price is a great value. The cheapest I've found. Lisa is awesome. She's friendly and really helpful if you get in a tight spot financially. The other staff are just as wonderful. I upgraded my unit and she put me in another unit that was exactly what I asked for in regards to location and other things. Just a nice place.”
