The charge that posted on my credit card for the car wash here was way north of twice what was advertised. If you must go here, pay in cash or get a receipt and make sure what is on the receipt is what you were really charged.

please treat women like equals. Went to carwash I’ve been to many times except it’s under new ownership. Handed my debit card to run as credit as usual and was argued with that it it only a debit card with him pointing to the word “debit” and not the larger word, “credit”. Insinuating that I was stupid. Then he tells me, not asks me, for my PIN number. I said, “ I’d like to leave “ to which he proceeds to grab my steering wheel and says, “no, it’s too late, you can’t back up now”. I could have. Then as I’m being “guided” in he reaches through my window and grabs my steering wheel again refusing to let go and causing my tires to rub hard. Told me to stop and put in neutral way before time then told to move up (that’s when I adjusted my own wheels). The water smelled like p*** too. I ? know without a single doubt that if I was a man, this wouldn’t have happened. They lost all my business today.

Worst car wash in the area. If you like your vehicle and don't want it to be scratched up. Please go elsewhere. The attendants behind the register are completely incompetent . Save your money and go to the gas station across the street. Worse experience ever!! Been living here for over a year and this is just unacceptable. Unprofessional staff. Both the car wash and gas station need to get new staff that know what they’re doing or train them better. Waste of money on top of the ridiculous gas price.

one of the car wash employees here at 76 were EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, the one man in particular just had a problem with me over the vacuum cleaner i was trying to fix, like the one that had coins stuck inside of it. the way he approached me is clearly unacceptable, i may not return to this car wash ever again if any more misconduct is incited.

The self serve dog washing station only takes $1's and $5's. It's also a $10 minimum which is not what is posted. The shampoo bottle is there to use but the nob for shampoo and deskunk doesn't work. The super dry works okay. You'll need more than $10 to fully wash and dry your pup though.

I bought a breakfast sandwich this morning which turned out to be burnt and old. I did not notice to half way to an appointment in Lacey. When I came back two hours later p I was told I could not get a refund and why did I not turn it in immediately. As to imply that I brought back a burnt sandwich. What kind of customer service is that.

We've been customers of the 76 gas station in Steilacoom for years..gas, carwash and food. Today I filled the gas tank and purchased a carwash- if you get more than 6 gallons of gas you're supposed to get a $1 off. Not only did I NOT get the $$ off, they raised the price of the carwash $4 for the basic drive thru service!Just a warning to everyone. New owners who were uncooperative
