My cell phone accidentally got wet and the display fried. I need to be in contact with my husband so we visited this Verizon store at 3:50 on a Sunday. The store closed at 5. Jon W stayed after store hours to help us with new phones and even helped us lower our monthly payments. He was so understanding and didn't make us feel like we were an inconvenience. We really appreciate him and our new phones! Thank you Jon W!

Jon, Assistant Manager at the Stanwood store, wet beyond all expectations when helping me and my mother! The major reason I’m writing this letter is that when I original grading Jon in my first survey, I got cut off and Jon unfairly received two “0”’s…which was unfair and bothered me deeply. If that first survey ever surfaces, please replace it with this Google Review…because Jon is the best Assistant Mgr I have ever worked with. Please promote Jon as soon as possible :) Thank you, Howard Price

99.9% sure an employee working at the store on the 6th of march pocketed the 140 dollars that was supposed to be for my bill. had to pay in cash because i couldn't make it to cash machine that day to deposit money. woman who was handling payment took my cash, handed me printed out papers, said i was all covered. had to pay another 136 at a different verizon store (i am out of the house) because while my visit was logged, the payment was not. service was a day away from being shut off. careful with this store if you want money to actually go towards your bill i guess.

Jon was spectacular!!! My husband and I both got new phones and not only was initial visit to purchase the phones pain free the on going support to transfer information from our old phones to the new ones was incredibly helpful. If there were 10 stars I would give them all ten.

Jon W helped us today. He was alone in the shop and juggled the needs of four sets of customers while we were there--two of us setting up new plans. He was friendly, explained things well and was relaxed and cheerful the entire ime. It was a pleasure to have things handled so well.

Awful store awful employees. When we noticed our phones quit working one day we drove to Stanwood to see if there was an outage. They told us there was no outage, but that our phones were too old that we just needed new phones. When we were done paying for our new phones, I overheard another employee tell his customer that there was an outage in our area and all phones were down. They flat out lied to us to sell us new phones, neither of which work as well as our old phones. They also told us we could get a great deal on a tablet and have unlimited internet anywhere we wanted for a great price. I specifically asked them how many gigs we get before they throttle our use. They said NO LIMITS. No throttling, and that we could stream movies all we wanted. After several months we finally had use for this new tablet when we took a trip in our motorhome. After a couple movies, it was done. No streaming for the rest of the trip. Now I'd like to get rid of Verizon for good. $1600 it's costing me to be done with this ridiculous company and their junk devices. Well worth it...
