Rite Aid is a pharmacy and store with a hometown ambiance. Customers have used it for many years and find the personnel and pharmacy staff helpful, courteous, and good. The pharmacy works well together, though there can be a wait. The store is well-managed and has quite a few good deals and markdowns, especially on sale items, beer, and plants. However, shelves can be scarce of product and the store is sometimes understaffed, making help on the floor difficult. Some find general prices expensive.
Interesting reviews. I've used their pharmacy for years and have had no issues at all. Good service, courteous and reasonably on time. Yes, their shelves are a bit scarce of product but that's what happens post bankruptcy. I'll continue to use them as my pharmacy.

Prices on sale items are very good sometimes, but generally expensive. Personnel and pharmacy staff are helpful. It's a nice store and well managed.

I enjoy the staff and how well the pharmacy works together. It has a home town ambiance and quite a few good deals. I’ve been going there for almost 30 years and will heartily recommend it.
