“Things change, despite all of the 1 star reviews as of Dec 6 2021 my experience was top notch. from 11-21-21 I was seeking a Rite Aid brand name product. It was out of stock at this store and apparently at the warehouse. I then spoke with Kim and also Nancy (mgr). From this day forward until 12-6, there was a dedicated effort from both Kim and Nancy to assist. Multiple callbacks to keep me appraised of the situation and a relentless pursuit to satisfy the customer from start to finish and eventually purchase. I was most pleased and bought all 12 of this Rite Aid product. I've run my own business for over 20 years and am meticulous about customer service. Without customer service a business will fall flat on its face. This was top notch..couldn't be any happier..thank you very much”
