I met the most incredible young lady yesterday, Miranda, " MYranda" "RED "
I stopped in for an estimate to replace my automatic window switch, she went out took a picture of the panel and looked up the part and told me that she could install today. While sitting in the waiting room I was able to listen to her interact with other customers and I was so impressed with this young person's ability to take care of each customer. She is so kind and courteous with everyone. I believe that she is the face of KPRO team and she will continue to strive for excellent customer service and make KPRO the best business in Stanwood.

Took my dad’s 1955 ford pickup in for a custom job - ended up not getting fixed for a steep charge of $3000.00 .
The worst part was seeing I was charged $274.00 for getting rid of a couple quartz of oil. So they charge almost 300.00 for an oil change ?? Who does that ?

Thank you Kpro these guys are fantastic they told me at the beginning what they suspected was wrong but they were going to do some tests first to confirm it and not waste my money I'm putting parts in that I really don't need. I have a 2002 diesel Triton engine 7.3 180,000 MI absolutely love it until I ran into the problem of it running rough then not starting then barely start and shaking going down the road. I got hold of these guys they got working on it and they definitely did a bunch of tests and it pointed to the valve cover passenger side that has the sensor units built in which has been previous problem for Ford with other truck owners. They also discovered issues starting to develop with the glow plugs they talked to me about it I said go ahead and replace both sides might as well do it while they got it torn down as they said cheaper that way for me in the long run so we did it. When I went down the road with that truck I was in shock I had not realized how much power I had been losing slowly because of this sensor slowly going out from the oil leak in on it and the glow plugs start to act up. Went to get on the freeway I was in extreme shock with the power I had thank you again Kpro you guys are going to be my permanent mechanics which I needed to find a shop that would handle my truck and they prove themselves 200% I highly recommend them the owner is very nice to talk to the office gal was extremely polite to me called me two or three times to give me updates because they all knew I was stressed out since that is my only vehicle and I had a lot going on that week. I used to go to the Ford dealerships in this area but my daughter got after me for going to them because of the higher cost and just not as efficient. These guys have been around for quite a while and I can see why with the type of work and service that I received from them thank you again I look forward to coming back and discuss in a couple other things on that truck in the next few weeks so if you need a good mechanic give them a call you will not be disappointed.

I had a fuel line leak on my older F-250 diesel pickup. Because of the age of the truck, parts were not readily available.
The mechanic gave me a couple of options in fixing the leak. The first option was to send the fuel line out to a "third party" to manufacture a new line, or have their mechanic manufacture a fuel line in house. I chose the latter.
They had the new fuel line made and installed in one day.

Service was awesome, prompt, and professional. Got me right in and diagnosed the issue with my wipers. Which was pretty obvious, they wouldn't turn off.? got parts and had me back on the road P.D.Q. Also they listened to my jokes and even laughed at most of them

Stay away from K Pro Auto!!!The owner is very dishonest. Replaces parts that don't need to be replaced.Sense of detail is very poor!Over charging seems to be a way of business for them.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for auto repair.I will never go back!!Dan P

I took my car because of a problem with my car engine. They fixed the axel bearing, and the result is that my car engine is still broken, and I paid $$$ for fixing the axel bearing and not the car engine! It's funny, but I will never come back here.
