Was very disappointed when I was told that this Jiffy location would only be receiving synthetic oil in the future and would no longer be offering conventional 5w-20/5w-30oil products. Both my cars are over 10 years old and conventional oil does better forthem than synthetic. Is this new synthetic service policy true for all Jiffy Lube locations?

Jiffy Lubes prices have increased more than i am comfortable with. I used to be able to use a $20 coupon on my oil change service and have the total service be less than what the Honda dealership charges. Unfortunately, the coupons are now $15 off and the service itself has gone up in price. I won’t be using Jiffy lube anymore since the Honda dealership is cheaper for the same service with no coupon.The associates at the Stanwood Jiffy lube have always been respectful, helpful, courteous and quick!My choosing to leave Jiffy Lube is strictly due to cost and NOT customer service.

Tacked on $10 to clean my windows, Rainex treatment it's called. I didn't ask for that and they didn't ask me. Makes me wonder what else they cheated on. I've got my own bottle of Rainex at home thanks. Folks, Go to Mission Motors Stanwood. Honest Oil changes, good price.

These guys are great! I came in with a headlight needing replaced, and just questions about previous mechanical work done to my vehicle, and oil situation. They were happy to happy, displayed not only extensive knowledge of my engine, but phenomenal customer service to the multiple customers they served while I was also there.They gave great recommendations for services and how to get answers to questions outside of my wheelhouse, and were honest that I had about 1,000 more miles before I NEEDED an oil change, and I felt no sales pressure while I was there. Great guys, I highly recommend!

Fast service. Friendly & honest staff. While I was there a man came in thinking that he needed an oil change. The guys reminded him that he had been in less than a month ago and didn't need service yet. Didn't try to up sell him. Just replaced the milage sticker and helped him out.

This Jiffy Lube has been consistently excellent the past year and a half that I have been going here. They are friendly and fast and always bring good customer service. Today when I went in to have my cabin filter changed, it was discovered that I had some rodent friends who had built a nest. Without hesitation one of the technicians put on some gloves and cleaned it out for me and put in a fresh new filter. Total 5 star service!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Asked to give a 5 star review before job was even started. Windows were dirtier after they clean them. Nth was done despite complaints. Did not top off fluids , did not provide a receipt on site nor email. This company is very behind the cure on technology. Do not report to car fax. Jiffy lube provide a very low service level and they can't even meet their own low expectations.Service: Oil change

Windows were dirtier after they we cleaned. I complained, but was told the employee was new. My concern was not addressed. My fluids were not topped off. They did not provide me with a receipt nor could they provide me with one via email. Despite numerous phone calls. This resulted in a 17 mile round trip. Note to new car owners. Jiffy Lube does not report to car fax. So you will have to go thru hoops to make that happen. I really thought Jiffy was a good company. But unfortunately I will have to go to the dealer to get the service necessary.

Witnessed tech buckle my vehicles hood after he tried to close it without first putting down the hood prop rod. This was during Covid when they had you sit inside of your vehicle during service. I paused for a moment assuming he would address the damage he caused but instead he acted like nothing had happened. After I got out of my vehicle to address what had just happened the tech and the manager went into the office to “review the video.” After 15 minutes or so they brought me in to show me how the video stop right before he closed the hood. After talking with district management and filing an insurance claim the business refused to do the right thing and compensate for my insurance deductible and accident record on my vehicles title. I highly recommend you don’t support a business who treats their customers this way. I waited long enough to post this to give them ample time to make things right.Service: Oil change

Rude employees. The one guy barely even left the computer or desk. Yelled questions at me instead of coming up to my car to greet me. The other kid stood there playing with his hair the whole time. Didn’t top off my fluids and I had to ask them to check the air pressure in my tires. For $120 (that’s WITH $20 off) oil change, I expect more. Every other location is amazing with super friendly employees. These seemed lazy and like it was an inconvenience to have to deal with customers. Two of the employees were loudly arguing about something. Will never go back to Stanwood again.Service: Oil change
