Brenda did such a wonderful job on my wedding flowers and was such a joy to work with! She was extremely reasonably priced as well. Even if you're just buying cut flowers to make your own bouquets (which we did for some of the table bouquets), I strongly recommend Island Floral.She made my bouquet and the bridesmaid/groomswoman's bouquets, my flower crown, and my husband's boutonnière and provided cut flowers to make the table flowers. She even gave us a rundown on how to put together the cut flowers. We had so many extra that a lot of us had flowers at our airbnb as well.Thanks Brenda for making my wedding bright and colorful and giving me smell good flowers. ?

Flowers were beautiful but not happy with delivery. Kept looking for the flowers but finally found them behind some plants on the porch late in the day. We did not hear a knock or doorbell. BAD delivery action.

I've used Island Floral several times and have always been pleased. The arrangements are gorgeous and last a long time. The customer service is exceptional and Brenda is amazing! I've always ordered online and my delivery always gets there when expected. One of these days I need to pop by the shop to say hi.

I bought a bouquet for a grieving friend delivered to Camano island and Island Floral was extremely helpful in fixing my online order to ensure it got to the right address. I ordered flowers this morning, hoping they'd get delivered tomorrow but they somehow managed to deliver them the same day. The bouquet is perfect and beautiful. The card they chose with my note was adorable and fit the exact occasion without me even asking them. Thank you so much for making this delivery special!

I need flowers for my daughter’s graduation. I wanted to use someone local and not QFC or Haggen. Hours on website say 8 to 5 and Open Now. I got here at 1:50 pm and they are closed. Sign on door says “delivery time”. Yes I get that they deliver but it needs to be on the site that hours may vary or they close at such and such time for delivering. Now I’m stuck going to QFC or Haggen to spend my money with a corporation not a local business. Super disappointed right now.

We needed to send some flowers to a co-worker's family that lives in the area. I looked on their site and didn't see anything that would work for the budget I had to stick to. I called and told Brenda that we had an approved budget - she was happy to work within that. Fantastic! She said that she would get them out that afternoon. We had a tiny snafu with the total charge not being what Brenda and I had spoken about on the phone and she revealed that it was an accident by a new employee (grace given - we've all been there). She was FAST to respond to me and she applied a refund for the unexpected amount as soon as she was back in the shop. Although I didn't get to see the bouquet they sent, I trust that it was amazing from the other reviews. My 5 stars are for the ease of working with Brenda and the prompt customer service when an issue came up. I would use them again in a second.
