We have been using this pharmacy since they opened several decades ago. We've never had an issue and appreciate their great customer service.

if you are on multiple medications, do not go through this pharmacy. ive been going to this pharmacy for 4 years and i am on a variety of medications for different things, i have only been able to get all my meds at once a handful of times (a handful is generous even). they always say they’re “out of stock” or that they “just don’t have my prescription” don’t waste your time. go to rite aid

I primarily went into Haggen Food & Pharmacy because they had a Chase bank inside. This location is located on 72nd Avenue in Stanwood. They have multiple locations throughout WA.They have everything you could find at a regular grocery store, including a Floral department and a ready-to-eat section. They had some beautiful flowers when I visited. I wonder if it's because all the flowers in the PNW are just gorgeous! The store layout was a bit weird, though, like, it doesn't continue but dead-ends in certain areas. It's not bad but just something I found unusual. What I did like here was their bakery department. Oh my gosh! I think I found my favorite bagels ever!!! I bought a bag of 4 cheese bagels from their bakery and they were dense and light with a slight chew. I put them into the toaster oven to quickly heat up and to get a bit of a toast around the outside and -- wow -- it was the perfect texture for me! Oh how I wish I bought more and that we had Haggen's here in SoCal! I also found that they sold the pretzels I had on my flight. They were on sale so I bought a few of their large bags to bring back home and to give out as gifts to family. Oh and they had what I thought was one of the best tortilla chips (Juanita's). I bought a bag to bring back home.I liked that this Haggen's was clean. The parking was plenty and the people who work here were friendly. Overall, I found some cool treasures. I also bought some excellent Prime ribeye steaks to leave at my brother's and other items I picked up before my flight back. The only downside is the prices are much higher than most grocery stores.

I would definitely get a new pharmacy manager. Look at all the complaints about him. He will literally hold your medication from you until the very last minute. He will say it isn’t in stock when it’s a monthly medication I’ve been receiving for 4 years. Then they say our system is down we can’t process it. He’s a liar. This place would thrive without him. Joe Roden is his name

If I could give them less stars I would. Came in on a Friday afternoon for burn cream due to severe 3rd degree burns but they would not fill due to lack of information from doctor about how much to prescribe. I said I will take whatever I could get because doctors are now closed until Monday so how do I care for the burn over the weekend?. They basically said not our problem. Sorry. It will be the LAST time i use them and hopefully they go out of business.

A variety of to-go items were already out with the deli and sushi areas hard at work when I arrived at the Haggen in Stanwood around 8:30 a.m. today, Wednesday 24 May 2023. Inside the entrance and to the right is a deli area, making one's way towards the back of the store one goes through a produce section before reaching the bakery. Looking over items in the different areas, I decided to go with a Haggen deli Focaccia Club sandwich from the to-go area.Payment was easy to navigate through self check-out as was paying with my debit card. The sandwich had different proteins (bacon, turkey, ham), two different cheeses, layered veggies (lettuce, tomato, red onion), and a flavored mayo spread with herbed focaccia bread serving as the top and bottom of the sandwich. I found the bread to be fluffy, the vegetables were fresh, the meats juicy and well-cooked, and the cheese was not hardened. The mayo spread was very flavorful. It was on the large size, but worth the $8.29 pre-tax ($9.06 with tax) price tag.Parking was abundant on my visit today, but was filling up when I passed back this way about an hour and half later (10:00 a.m.) this morning.

Did not have enough of my medication in hand. Prescription was sent to them at 7 a.m. in a Friday. They never called to tell me. I only discovered this upon heading over to pick it up. Come Monday I called and left a msg for a call back to let me know what the status was. Nobody returned my call. Come Tuesday, I had to call until I caught someone live to ascertain if it was ready. This was a medicine that I was out of and which cannot be a hard stop, which the pharmacist knew, yet not only was there no sense of urgency to get it filled for me there was zero customer service.

Very poor customer service. I needed covid tests and I needed my insurance to pay for them. The young man said that he would have to run it as a prescription and that it would take 20 mins. And then he said we close in 20 mins. (The time stamp on my reciept indicated 21 mins till closing but hey who counting?). I asked "so what are you saying?" He said that he wouldn't do it(paraphrase). I get it that he was at the end of his work day but what a poor excuse. I've had other poor customer sevice expiriences there before and didn't say anything. From the looks of the other comments, this is the norm. I've been a customer here for over 17 years. Very disappointed.

The pharmacy failed to have my prescriptions ready even though they were called in days in advance. This isn’t the first time dealing with Damien wasting my time. Customer service is very poor and I’m switching pharmacies.

First they expect you to know things that are pharmacy related like that autofill ends completely after zero refills even if the doctor adds more when they contact them. This means they expect you to contact them again to set up autofill every time the refill number hits zero. I have never had to do this at other pharmacies. No one tells you this or that the doctor adding refills is not them adding refills but a whole new prescription. How would anyone know this?? They claim they fax the doctor everyday starting about a week before you run out of pills and fax daily after that. So when I calculated the day that would be, and asked, "so you're saying you faxed about the 26th and then the 27th 28th etc till the today which is the 10th"...I was answer with silence. I tried to explain why I was saying this, "I have to contact the doctor and tell them then, that they have been sent faxes for over 2 weeks and have not replied." Again silence. They have claimed to have faxed many times, over the years, and my doctors offices say they got nothing. Someone is lying. They told me that my math was wrong when I tried to explain that we wouldn't have enough pills to last the time period they are written for. Was told "I did the math for you". Then when I spoke to manager he said the same date as I did. When I mentioned to him that I was told several times that I was off by 5 days he was silent and finally said "I don't know what you're asking me". I had to explain that customer service means you admit the mistake of your company and apologize. He was just silent again. This is around the 6th mistake on their end. I say "around" because I want to assume that perhaps they were not responsible for a couple of them but after this last phone call (and 3rd for this same problem) I think it may have been all them. I am changing pharmacies and writing a letter, "cc-ing" the manager of the pharmacy, store and head office.

No thank you! Spent $17 on a soppy mess of a pie... This strawberry rhubarb pie was a disaster, huge chunks of rhubarb and strawberry and liquid flowing within the pie. Haggen's need to dial back their prices and focus on some baking integrity with starting with basic pie abilities.

This pharmacy is horrible and the pharmacist John will not answer questions or refill prescriptions on time.
