The pharmacy is terrible. When my Dr called in a prescription for antibiotics it took the 3 days to fill. Nothing was ever ready even if they sent a text saying it was. We finally switched when things didn't change after we complained numerous times. Too many people standing around doing nothing.

I love Bartels I shop frequently there for personal care items , Epsom salts , small gifts , Xmas lights .I find the store lay out & design easy to find items, prices are reasonable.I can't say much about pharmacy .I don't have any prescription drug needs at this time. But It seems from these comments they are short of staff & close pharmacy before people are off work.QFC has a drive through window possibly , , , Bartell s can', start up similar to that convince

After the experience I had with the pharmacy this morning Bartell's has lost yet another customer. Somehow the girls that work in that pharmacy think they have the right to lecture me about taking medication then make me wait as long as possible for my refill. Well I guess they do have that power in their little position in the pharmacy, but with that power they get to know that they're the reason that soon they won't have a job because Bartell's is losing customers at a pretty rapid rate. They can definitely count me as one that won't be back. Pp

The pharmacy hours are ridiculous. Closes at 6pm everyday. They literally are open less hours than I work each day. I'm switching from this place. Takes days to fill scripts. Even after surgery when your surgeon sends the script the day before you have surgery, you will not have your meds until days after. Maybe if they offered more money to employee's they didn't have such a staffing issue.

I went through yesterday to ask the pharmacist what type of bandage I could use on my hand as I had had stitches by my finger. As I waited, I saw her fill three prescriptions didn’t even look my way so I told the assistant I will find something myself I don’t have all day and she said are you sure? I Walked over to the bandages and found some thing and nobody acknowledged my disappointment at any time. There’s a woman in there waiting for her flu shot, and I said good luck and she rolled her eyes. I had an appointment last year for the flu shot and I had to wait for an hour. I really enjoy the pharmacist at Haggen. Maybe Walgreens will go in Rite Aid/Bartell since they are going bankrupt.

Probably the single worst store I've ever been to! I think even the dollar tree is better! The pharmacy is so screwed up and has no idea what they are doing! Tell us your prescriptions are ready and then they aren't tells you to wait for a half hour and then it takes two. Then they give you the wrong prescriptions. It's just such a joke. the 20 year old manager can't do a thing, but say sorry! It's like Joe Biden is running Bartels!

OK, so I went in to get milk and I ended up also (trying to get some Spitzer) Well there is something wrong with the bar code on my license and it wasn't scanning. Then come to find out that the Spitzer not my license per say... I still hope. We even had some one else scanned there license to see if it would work. The license was fine! It was the Spitzer.! And with only 2 ppl working and about 8 people in line and one woman over in the picture developing area, that woman started getting upset that she wasn't being helped. All the while the one cashier is helping everyone in line and one other cashier a younger female. She can't sell alcohol, and every one was buying, I had to give up with the Spitzer because of the bar code was not scanning on the box even some on Else's ID the Spitzer still did not scanned. Some people we'r asking if there is a way to just put in the bar coad, and he said no that he couldn't do anything at that point it had been a good 20min. So I gave up and left. I just don't understand why it was left to the one guy in the store with no back up help or resources to help with the bar coad on the Spitzer I would like talk to the manager to find out if there would have been anything that could help This is the first time coming to this store, there need to be more help for these kinds of situations.

Probably our least favorite pharmacy other than the Rite Aid up the road (which is slow, but at least open). They constantly have strange hours. Sometimes closed on weekends sometimes open. And without fail I will get there when they are taking their lunch break and shut things down. If you're only going to be open crappy hours, the pharmacist can eat on the job. I absolutely hate this pharmacy.

Can’t believe they’ve decided to close the pharmacy on the weekends ever since Rite Aid bought them out. Never mind the fact they hardly ever answer the phone even before they were bought out. Absolutely ridiculous and super slow. I am done with this pharmacy.If I could only get my prescriptions faxed over to another pharmacy but oh yeahhhhhh they’re not open on the weekends like normal better pharmacies…

This store went to hell since Rite Aid took over, we left Rite Aid for a reason and now its back. 1 star because I had to pick something to post this. (edit for response) The reason for this is closing @ 5pm, closed on weekends, not answering your phone and not returning calls when a msg is left.

The pharmacy is no longer open on weekends and closes very early on weekdays that they are open. SCREW YOU if you work for a living and want prescriptions filled there.

I’ve had prescriptions filled there for 20 years and it used to be a great pharmacy. Now no one answers the phone, and you leave a message and no one calls you back. Recently I had a new prescription sent over there Thursday morning. I wanted to use a RX coupon so I called and left a message. It didn’t show up on my account as ready until late on Friday. I decided to pick it up first thing on Saturday after checking online and calling for store hours. Both said it opened at 9:00. I arrived then and it was closed for the entire weekend. It’s one thing to cut store hours, but at least update it online and the recorded phone message for hours. Sigh! I’m done going there. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is I have liked their online vaccine appointments.

The pharmacy changes their hours by putting a note on the drive up window, such as “closed Saturdays”. Even the store personnel gives out the wrong information! Very frustrating! They are now closing at 5:00 pm but do not answer their phone at 4:45pm ….are they leaving early? Unacceptable service for important medical RX pick-up. Do not use this store!!!!as I was complaining to the supervisor all’s she said was for me to call corporate and complain! No customer care at all. Horrible treatment.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! They never answer their phones!!!! ever. I understand there's staffing issues etc but to never answer your phone? I am a nurse and when it comes to Healthcare services this is unacceptable. People can wait for a phone call to be answered and placed on hold. It's really not that difficult.
