I have banked with B or A for years. Stanwood is a smaller branch with great customer service. They are polite, friendly, accurate, and efficient. The only suggestion I have is to have them open longer in the afternoon and at least morning on Saturdays.

You entrance to the building states you close at 5pm. So when I go to stop by thinking have enough time should be open until 5pm ya know 9-5 no big deal.. nope.. closed! Had to look up on The internet and it says 4pm FIX the front door of your building or advertise we've changed our hours.. how is anyone supposed to know. This is completely unprofessional.

This bank does not want you to make your payment online. Iv'e tried over and over for months but it doesn't work. They will do whatever it takes to get you to open an account with them or try to get a late fee if they can. If you try to call customer service they either hang up on you or transfer your call just to be put on hold again. This seems to some kind of scam. I would avoid them at all costs.

Have banked with BofA for 40 years ... both personal and commercial. Customer service has worsened dramatically for the last 10-12 years, ever since they ditched their senior/experienced customer service people (Personal Bankers.) There is no more relational banking there IMHO. You are just a transaction.

VERY impressed with my visit to the Stanwood branch of BofA. It was a little busy, but there was still an atmosphere of calm among the employees. I had arrived a few minutes early and watched while I waited for my appointment, and realized that there was one person who was "floating" from station to station, making sure everyone had everything they needed, occasionally opening up another teller window when the line started to slow down. When it was time for my appointment, that same person came over and greeted me. It was Justin Burns, the branch manager. He was wonderful to talk to, very professional, personable and helpful. The atmosphere in any business is determined by its leadership, and this branch of BofA is now my primary banking center. It is a much better banking experience than I've had in some of the other local branches.
