I purchased a car wash (paid just shy of $20, yes on just the car wash alone) as I was very excited and optimistic and very hopeful that I was going to get a super great car wash with all the bells and whistles and after pulling up to the box where you are told to enter your wash code and then proceed from there ( which after doing so I had accidentally dropped my receipt and decided I'd wait and after my car wash I would just park and walk over a pick it up) I very slowly pulled in and made absolutely certain that I was parked in the EXACT SPOT that my car needed to be in put my car In park and waited..... After the first soak of just water then the colored soap came and please believe this machine was anything but lacking in the soap and after it completely covered my car in soap the machine stopped and after I sat and waited almost 10 minutes it still did not continue with the wash. I then pulled my car out and parked walked to grab my ticket I dropped which was soaked from water coming out of the car wash and I then took it inside. I was then after arguing with the older man working told to call in a couple hours and speak to a manager and he then took my wet ticket and said he would make sure that the manager received it. I've called and even gone back in 4 times since and how coincidental every time I call I am told that they are unaware of what I am talking about and that there was not ticket left with my info for anyone about anything. So basically I got my car completely covered in soap that after I ended up having to spend almost $20 more down the road at a coin operated do it yourself wash just to get it all off. Now I am out just shy of $40 for a wash that a 2 year old could have done for free. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY UNHAPPY

Lived here my whole life right across the street from this place and always never had any problems stopping in for a late evening snack, but lately every time I stop in the morning around 9am I feel unwelcome by the staff on shift and I feel like I'm bothering them by simply coming up to the counter to purchase an item or for asking basic questions about the nicotine/tobacco product behind the counter. I'm normally a chill guy but this hostile treatment has started to bother me. The shell across the street has better service I would have to say

Idk this place used to be nice and consistent, now the hours seem to be sporadic and quality declining, not sure whats up!

No listed hours of operations at the store, no updates to their hours online. I don’t think they are 24/7 anymore. But it’s would be nice to have official confirmation.

Tried to get a car wash but my card kept getting declined. Then some random person tells me I have to go inside the AMPM to pay…even though there was that payment kiosk right in front of the car wash. There wasn’t even a sign saying you have to pay inside. Ended up going somewhere else, don’t waste your time at this junk car wash.

SLOW PUMPS! Absolutely stupid slow (roughly a gallon a minute). I would recommend the station to the east instead of long wait.

It seems like every time I go here nobody is wearing a mask. One time the conversation of masks came up and the employee straight up said she didn't believe in it. Today when I went in, both of the employees had their masks off and they were just rag chewing with multiple customers who also had their masks off. This is an extremely important time where our actions have extremely large consequences, and there's no sense of community care here. There's no sense of urgency. This is a pandemic. Have some respect for the vulnerable.

How about updating the actual business hours on the website? It's not 24 hours and while they're closed you can't even purchase fuel with a credit card. That's fine if that's your policy but driving 20 miles round trip to find this out? Update your info it's just a nice thing to do for if for no other reason..

Because of the bad service and that they were closed and it says there supposed to be a 24 hr gas station
