Came into Zales today and we were looking for diamond earrings for my girlfriend. We met Kim and our customer service experience was absolutely fantastic. She was with us every step of the way explaining things to us, giving us her opinion and she has 21 years of experience, which really spoke to her knowledge. I will be coming back.

Kim was wonderful amazing and kind to work with. I was not intending to buy such a fabulous wedding set for my 40th but she worked with me in finding an amazing set within my budget. We did spend a great deal of time there owning and aweing over their pieces. Chelsea was also so kind. And Joey took pictures of all us gals with Kim and the Zales sign. Diana Szymarek in Spokane Zales was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable, answered all of our many questions and was genuinely enthusiastic for us! Kim Morreale has been our jeweler for 20 years, at Zales Jewelers in Northtown Mall, in Spokane. She was there when we picked out my engagement ring, she was there when we upgraded that engagement ring, she was there when we picked out a carat diamond wedding ring; celebrating those 20 years. She listens to her clients, she learns what her clients love, and she follows through. She knows how to spot a sale. She does not push the sale in order to 'make commission'. Kim reminds us when it's inspection time for our jewelry and she takes care when it's time to clean the jewelry. She reminded us to get the warranty, it's saved money when the prongs became weak (normal wear). Kim is the epitome of what a jeweler looks like. I won't go anywhere else.

I've been buying watches from this location for a decade now and it's always impeccable service. Especially Sabrina and Victoria. They are super helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Victoria (Hope i slept her name right) was so sweet she helped me on the phone and in store! Always had a smile on her face and ready to help, I went to pick up an order I placed online, and then when I mentioned I needed my ring that I bought there as well cleaned, she did it!
