I did not think this Yoke's had the excellent sandwich/burger lunch options offered at other stores in the area. Random stop a week ago showed that they, too, had started doing that. Cool, because they're a lot closer to the abode than the ones downtown. The sandwiches here were as good as our other experience on Montgomery, so no issues there. Some things to mention... They were pretty slow, and it was not a busy deli in mid-PM. Second, the small dining area in front of the store is blocked off by lots of....stuff, and you're not in their line of sight. After 25 mins, I stood up to check things out, and the gal who took my order said in a flustered manner, 'Okay, there you are!' She probably took a few laps around the store with our food. Regardless, for a $6.49 daily sammie special, with an included side, I'll take the very minor inconveniences. I'm frugal... ;)

I've been in a number of Yoke's stores now, but this is still my favorite. A lovely new store, lots of my favorite grocery products and the joys of wandering through a hardware section when I need it. They have near a half-a-dozen aisles of standard hardware store items; some tools, screws, pipes and switches, fuses, even toys, electronics items and other hardware store items.

Every time my doctor calls in a prescription I show up an hour later and they tell you it will be a 30 minute wait. Come on 1 hour and 30 minutes to fill a prescription seems like they need more help

I am extremely disappointed with the yokes on Latah & Cheney rd 4235 S Cheney Spokane Rd not to be confused with the Yokes in Cheney, WA. I go here frequently and decided to order from the app as my car recently broke down. I I downloaded the app and created an account. Spend a good 2 hours outing a shopping cart together only to be unable to complete my order. Now I am quit tech savvy and the app would just not allow me to complete my order so I ( no a bit flustered) figured it could be the app so I logged into tthe website to try online as apps do at times have an update or some bugs going on that I figured that may be the issue. But I was running into the same issue on the website so I decided to speak with their online chat support live agent and he said what to do and again still could not figure it out and then just drops the chat we were in and disappeared.... What as A******* So after about an hour I finally about to give up and then it decides to process my order! Finally...: only took 5 hours and some patients to complete. Well when my order arrived the lady was real nice that delivered my groceries she was off. Well come to find out I am missing most of my frozen items which accounted for almost 1/2 of my Oder. So I called and they found the back in the freezer and the guy who I was speaking with said I had 1 option and that was to come pick up my items....WHAT I said? I just paid almost $15 plus tip and now I have to come pick them up I said u can't ask the one I just tipped and she forgot 1/2 my order to bring back the ones she forgot. He said NO. Unbelievable and a true shame. I don't think I will be shopping with them any longer. This experience has made me realize that how they treated me and the solution to my problem was not as important to them as it was to me. It says a lot about a company from their agent on customer service chat who drop me cause he did not want to to deal with the problem to the manager who again did not want ti deal with the problem and wanted to just pass it off to me who needed a leader who can own up to the problem and find a solution that would keep a loyal customer as I am to keep shopping their but instead showed me that my loyal and continual contribution to their store was not what they thought was import for the company so I will gonad another company who will show me they appreciate my loyal and continual contribution to their company. Yokes lost this long time customer.

Always feel welcome by all employees, like visiting friends, not just shopping. Nice hardware store available too.

Probably the most classy yokes I’ve ever seen. But yet I’m used to seeing small grocery stores and rundown yokes. Either way this place has a great selection. It’s location is a pretty good one.

Family oriented. Keeps mask mandate seriously and supplies masks if you lose or forget yours. This store also includes Ace Hardware.

Good staff. Good selection. Easy in an out. Quick checkout. My favorite store in the area even though I live on south hill (I only wish hatch rd was not going to be closed for so long so I could get here as easily as I did before)

I've been buying Chicken for One at the Deli Counter for a while now and always substituted Deviled Egg potato Salad for the Mashed Potato's but for some reason this afternoon I was informed that Home Style was the only allowed substitute. No sale Yokes and bad form, Subway got my money today.

Yokes has gone through quite a renovation since the last time I was there two years ago. The meat department is fantastic! I picked up some baby back ribs to cook for my folks. Rows and rows of meat. It all looked great.Becky was able to easily find all of the necessary ingredients for her lasagna. Lasagna and BBQ ribs, my pop's two favorites! We prepared quite the feast for him!Back to Yokes...the produce department is excellent also. Everything looked fresh. They have a full pharmacy and a US Post Office inside the store. There is also a full on hardware store inside the walls of Yokes Market! They had a snow blower on display! All of the employees we encountered were helpful, polite and genuinely just nice people. The best part about Yokes is still the walk-in beer cooler!
