If I could give 0 stars I would. If you're looking for your first Wi-Fi this is NOT the place. ( go with T-mobile, much better experience ). Awful customer service, snarky remarks when asking simple questions - because I’m not a Wi-Fi expert they are- absolutely unprofessional experience when wanting to set up Wi-Fi and made remarks about the past renters and was very rude. Highly do NOT recommend xfinity or comcast. There are much better options out there that don’t have hidden fees and contracts attached.

Xfinity's home internet service is the best you can find anywhere. I have never had a movie stop while I was streaming. But did have a very bad experience with Xfinity mobile because I trust the Indonesian guy over the phone. But the Xfinity mobile store employees were very helpful and were able to get my phone returned so I wouldn't have to pay for it. I believe if I would have walked into the Xfinity Mobile store in the first place I wouldn't have had a problem. Just remember to go into the Xfinity store to get your mobile service done!!

I would own my own business if I was guaranteed employees like Claudia Gonzales. She has gone over and beyond to help me. First a few years ago when I first transferred 4 phones and my internet service to Xfinity. I'm old and not computer savvy. She took her time and walked me through the whole process. Few years later I moved. When the new tenants signed up for Xfinity I was automatically canceled before I could transfer. Was told to take my equipment in. The manager said I should not have been canceled and had me wait for someone to help me. The gal was not very friendly and quoted me a price that's double for less speed. I was done with Xfinity. A few days later I remembered how much Claudia helped me and reached out to her. Within a day she had me up and going in my new place and the price didn't change. She's amazing. Xfinity is so lucky she works for them!! 5 stars just isn't enough.

The local customer service is the saving grace for Ago it.
The on line chatbots and telephonic communication age the worst is have encountered.
You would think a nationwide internet and cable provider cam afford to hire people who truly speak english. Yesterday I spent 1,5 hours on the phone with a tech who only delivered 1 out of 8 words that were intelligible.
Having that poor experience prompted me to curtail the cable and security camera.
Monday I intend to take back everything.
The cable box did not recognize three different remotes.
At a $158.00 every month it should work right out of the box. Hands down this is a failure, not the customer fault. You want stay competitive you need to offer a service that works, and have customer service with it least a high scholl education in this country.
If that doesn't work for the over paid CEO he doesn't need my business. Or anyone that comes in to earshot. I have been a customer for 40 years off and on.

I just wanted to keep my internet plan which I paid $50 a month for, and drop my cable, which started at $100 and went to $130 within 6 months. But now Xfinity says that I have to pay $110 for just Internet. I'd rather stare at a wall then pay you $110 a month for Internet. Pack salt Comcast.

Chantel at the front desk should not work with people. She is rude. Won't look at you and actually starts talking to the people in line behind the person she should be helping.
