“The service I experienced here was beyond what I had expected. I recently lost a nephew to suicide and since he wore almost exclusively Carhartt apparel, the family wanted to pay tribute to him by also wearing Carhartt to his service. The gentleman who helped me (I think Wyatt?) was very empathetic and helpful in finding the right items. He also informed his manager who shared his similar experience. What could have been an awkward and uncomfortable situation turned out to be one of comfort and understanding. Many thanks to them for their understanding and generosity. You just don’t find service like this anymore.”
“Taylor the manager @ the Northtown Store needs a raise!!!!! My son had a brand new pair of Pit Vipers break 2 weeks after purchasing at his baseball practice. From the first phone call, to the exchange of the new glasses, Taylor was very professional, understanding & very accommodating to the issue. He carried himself very well & kept a very professional attitude throughout the whole process. Even offered a small discount for the troubles. “I took my mom here after she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. What a wonderful place in our community! The staff was so kind and friendly and patient. They had a large, high quality selection. It was fun to get out with my mom and have a "normal" day of shopping. We haven't had too many normal days lately. Highly recommend anyone looking for a little mood boost after a hard diagnosis. I’ve found a welcoming place; met friendly, awesome, like-minded women; varied challenging work out routines that target all muscle groups; fun music playlists to “tuck” & “move just an inch” to; and “contests” throughout the year to keep you motivated.Tara, Megan, Lily, Kenna, & Brinn are all great instructors each with their own individual style. I try to go 5-7 times each week, it’s that addicting. It’s truly a great community! Thanks Pure Barre!”

“It's Banana Republic which is owned by the Gap. So it is what it is considering it's a huge chain. The clothing itself is probably made as cheaply as possible and I've had a couple issues with stitching coming undone on shirts, but they always fix things and the staff is always super friendly about helping you try things on, even if you just want to browse.”
