I had a great experience at Wide World of Golf! The staff, including the manager Gabe, made the process easy and were very knowledgeable. They did a good job answering my questions and helping me find what was best for me. Will definitely recommend!

I recently got fitted for wedges at the Wide World of Golf store, 4921 North Division Street, Spokane, WAI was very impressed by their set-up, including the Wedge software used for my fitting. I also want to compliment Landon for the exceptional service he provided. He was extremely thorough throughout the fitting process, and offered his expert opinion on wedges that might be suited to my game. In the end, I purchased two RTX-6 wedges based upon the fitting, his recommendations, and my leaning in that direction. I am very confident I got the right loft, bounce and grind options that will further improve my game.I would also like to compliment Landon for his patience when I hit a few bad shots in the simulator. He was very understanding and made me feel comfortable, despite the missed shots. Overall, he is a great asset to the WWG Team!

I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about getting new clubs, their clubs lengthened, or new grips. I walked in here yesterday and was greeted by two guy right away and they helped me extend three of my clubs (while I waited) as well as fit me for two more clubs right then and there. Super impressed.

Let's be honest, you can find the same equipment at most golf shops. So what you're really shopping for is service, experience and price. When it comes to understanding golf tech, and what it means to your game, Caden at Wide World is one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met. The guy loves the game and breaks down complex physics and engineering in a relatable way that makes sense. More importantly, he actually cares about your game, and that seems rare these days. Caden's insight and honesty is the reason I replaced everything in my bag (and even got a new bag) at Wide World. He worked with me during multiple sessions on their indoor simulator and helped fit me with the right clubs for me. He also hooked me up with a good deal. I don't think you'll find another retailer that knows as much, or cares as much. Golf is personal, and there's a lot of good clubs out there. It's about finding the gear that's best for you. And that makes choosing the right person to fit you for your clubs as important as the clubs you choose.

If you know what you need, they probably have it. If you're looking for advice... Maybe not. The clerk seemed almost annoyed that we didn't seem to be very knowledgeable. Didn't buy anything and left feeling kind of put-off.
