Typical Walmart. several times recently the customer service was atrocious. they crushed ice cream cones when packing a pickup order and then wouldn't return it at customer service, even to exchange because it's a food item. I interrupted a group of employees just standing around and chatting a couple of weeks ago to get a phone charger out of a locked case after help was called for me in electronics 3 times over the previous 15 min. the whole group concluded they couldn't help me because management was in a meeting. Sam would be sick with how low the service standarda have gotten.

I am using yelp to call out the abusers be ause you need to be put on notice your cruel and discrimination and absolute total abuse of me and me being disabled and having total innocence when your employee Holly ripped me apart in front of a full store because she accused me of being someone else. I've never in n my life been so abused never ever ever.. this Walmart and the one on weon wellsely are the meth maggot central where every person that goes there will be treated like a criminal and slandered and profiled and lied too.. I've reached out to the very top and nothing.. they don't care and they allow thier employees to treat you like your the scum of the earth and your not wanted as a customer aND I was literally told by Amee the owner of Walmart on Wellsley that customers DO NOT MATTER

My Prints came out terrible and the whole left side was cut off on all of them. I used their in-store kiosk, which doesn't allow me to adjust my pictures to be sent in perfect. They appeared perfect to me. I complained to them regarding my pictures being messed up when I saw them at home, but they said that is how they received them through the kiosk. They would not make it right, but just continued to throw it back at me that that is the way I sent them in as. Ridiculous! Then I spent 20 minutes on hold (which no one was going to help me) and my husband had to call. Disgusting! I recommend getting your pictures printed somewhere else. Somewhere that will print them correctly and will give the customer service that is deserved.

Rude ass workers wouldn't help me exchange an item when i had the card I bought it with on my Apple Pay so I spent another $130 on the same item 1 month after purchasing it the first time because I needed this item so I had no choice but to pay for another one

.This Walmart location sucks. We went this morning, spent well over $300.00, got up to the registers, there were no regular check stands open only the self check lanes. When I asked if there was a cashier available I was told no, and given the excuse that no one wants to work. Meanwhile as we are scanning and bagging our own purchases; 3 employees were standing around in the self check area. Does it really take 3 people to monitor that area. There were 2 workers at the entrance, both when we came in and when we left. Had we not needed the items, and my husband had not just finished an over night shift at his work, we would have left the cart full of stuff and gone else where. We will not be going back to that Walmart again. This is not the first time we have gotten bad customer service at this location.

I got racially profile by AP:Isaac and now I'm terrified to go there again I was buying 40 boxes of kitchen floors and felt like I was gettin spied on by worker but I just brushed it off and went about my business I'm a teen so it's not that normal to have 500 bucks just layin around but I did and I got triple checked on my receipt when I was leaving by 2 workers then I brushed that off and went about my day as I was putting the flooring in the back of my car I looked up and bronsan security to a picture of my license plate I went home dropped the flooring off and tell my family and went back to confront him but another guy was working his shift when I got back and said he didn't know what happened then said AP:Isaac sent that other guy to do that so I got aged profiled and racially profile thanks Walmart

Yeah so that little 5 foot something chick that seems to be a middle manager for customer service handling returns she's about 250 lb with a general look of displeasure is honestly the worst person that you could have in management . So I was returning an item and from the time it took me to get one place from the front spot to put him on the table I saw her completely dismiss one employee with not a word as if she was not even seen her next she had told that same employee to go have somebody take lunch and take their spot. Literally under 10 seconds from the time she told that employee that Steve then got on her radio and said you need to tell so and so that they need to take lunch and not stand there and talk . There's a little something called a change of shift maybe the cashier's not working properly maybe there is somebody that has been trying to steal items . Maybe they just want to have a human interaction for 2 seconds . But you should not make an administrative call like that over a walkie-talkie which is monitored by laughter or really should be and heard by other employees . Unless you want to run I concentration camp and that case you missed your chance by about 80 years and you should have been in East Germany . You honestly need to talk to that manager and have them retrain and humility and compassion for the Republic . She obviously has never had any type of authority or physician in her life or she would not take her job sisters .

I was just trying to find out why my receipt was higher than it was supposed to be. Brandy who claimed to be the store lead got into an argument with me about how I phrased something and claimed I was lying and threatening legal action. She refused to help me with my inaccurate transaction and asked me to leave. I cannot believe her, I am not from here but if this is how people are then I don't want to be from here.

Don't go to this BS location. I was falsely accused of stealing on multiple occasions, enticing wannabe do-gooders to intervene, I strongly recommend any individual to go to a different location in case any accusation happens to them. Would put zeros stars if possible.

The chocolate fountain I purchased from Walmart stopped working after 10 minutes. When I went to return the item the return center was closed at 7:30 pm. Who does that?!

I ordered a photo book for my anniversary, after 4 days it still wasn’t ready. However, even more confusing was on day #3 and #4 following my order placement I received text/email notifications that my order was ready for pickup. I went on both days only to find that it wasn’t actually ready for pickup, and that the Photo Associate wouldn’t be back into the store until later that day. Super bummed that it wasn’t ready, I did all of the work online, all they needed to do at the store was print the pages and put it in the book binding. The employees at the electronics desk were really nice, but the photo associates left me hanging with this anniversary gift this time around.
