The new manager Jenn is breath of fresh air. So nice and helpful. The staff continues to get better and better at this location.

Manager in the morning today chewed out her employee in front of us for no reason. He's a cool dude,too. I'm sure she didn't want to do the work herself.

Easily the most lazy and incompetent staff I’ve ever dealt with. Literally took my money for photo prints, did not provide the prints, and issued no refund because it “wasn’t in their system”. They offered no solution and then ignored me.
