Ordered a prescription days ago and did not bother to tell me that they1. No longer carry the prescription2. That they no longer accept my insurance3. That they need to confirm with my doctor that he meant what he sent (????)Do yourselves a favor - don’t let them blindside you with their incompetence and go to a different pharmacy.

Made an appointment for vaccines. They sent me a confirmation text message. Several hours later when I arrive they said they were not going to do any shots that entire day because they are "too busy." Why they don't stop making appointments is beyond me. Completely unprofessional, and unreliable. Do not go to this location.

Absolutely incredible service!! We came in and were helped right away. Both employees working were incredibly kind and helpful. This store was very well-kept and well-stocked.

If possible, I would give this pharmacy a 0%. This pharmacy never answers its phone. I've been on hold between 10 minutes and 45 minutes...mostly the latter. Then I repeatedly get disconnected and have to start all over again as the recording says "There are more than 3 callers ahead of you." On many an occasion, I've had partial refills, where I must return to pick up one prescription on two different trips. Many times they are just "out" of my Rx and I have to go without till they perhaps might get it into their inventory. This leaves the doctors who prescribe in a very precarious position. I'm in the process of searching for a pharmacy that isn't so short-staffed and where I'm treated with respect and dignity. Someplace where the customer comes first, and that is probably privately owned.

Walgreens on 29th and Grand has the worst customer service. There are never enough checkers and it takes forever to get help. The store managers are extremely un professional and rude.

Very disorganized and not efficient whatsoever. Waited 30+ min for my booster, had to leave and come back and then waited another 30 min.

I had a pretty major surgery yesterday involving breaking, setting a bone with screws and all sorts of gear. The surgeon ordered the medications, pain, antibiotics and such at 1230 it was 720 before the medications were in my hand. At that point I had suffered like no other human being should ever suffer in agony and tortuous pain. Due to the block wearing off from surgery and lack of pain medications it was a night from hell. The way my husband was treated and the lack of priority due to this circumstance this pharmacy is black listed from my family. Please and I mean please consider fixing the issues that caused this agonizing pain and suffering on my part for a good 12 hours of my life. No one should ever experience the pain that I went through.

I'm not sure why I continue to give this Walgreens location a chance but they are dismal. In fact, all Walgreens locations around town are less than mediocre. Rude, clueless staff and they are always out of products. When I've doordashed for customers here, they're always out of something, sometimes the entire order. When I just ordered doordash about 20 minutes ago, multiple items are out of stock. I can't tell you how many times they've been out of stock on items that they should have like saltine crackers, thermometers, eye glass kits, etc. I wish their corporate offices would discontinue their partnership with DoorDash. Walgreens is dismal! If you can't keep up with the amount of orders or your business model is terrible, then maybe you should focus on other things like inventory issues and rude, clueless staff. SMH!

I come here from time to time to pick up photos that I order online. The Walgreens process for that is generally pretty easy and efficient. I've ordered a couple sets this week and one was delayed due to the printer going down. Not a biggie, but wished they had sent a note before I went to pick them up. The store is generally clean, but is in a sketchy part of town. The employee friendliness factor is hit and miss and the dress code being very loose in relation to being professional. My big gripe here is that the parking lot lights are either turned off or 100% burned out. Nevertheless they have not worked for what seems at least a year or two. As I mentioned, this is a sketchy area and not having these lights is inexcusable. If not for the photo service I'd likely not really ever make this location a stop.

Too many excuses.. like we're short staff/and close for lunch so they get. Backed up. Duh and your waiting for life needed medication. Time to change pharmacy!
