“Charleigh is 12 1/2 year old Ragdoll. She is my only "child". Everytime I took her to a vet clinic my cat would absolutely transform into a evil cat. This clinic was recommended to me as the best place I could bring Charleigh. So I did, and the staff was so good to her, and the horrible patient she was in the past didn't happen this time. Of course Charleigh was scared but the doctor and tech had Charleigh calm during the exam. On the way to the clinic she was meowing very angry, but when we drove home she was very calm. This clinic is closed on the weekend, but that didn't stop the doctor from calling me Saturday and letting me know what the lab results were. I live on the north side of Spokane, but the drive is worth it to get amazing service that my cat even approves of. I promise you everyone at this clinic cares. It's more then just a job to them, you can tell it is their passion.”

That had me a little worried but it ended up being on the lower side. The surgery came out great. There was no complications. The staff is very friendly. You could tell they care about your pet.”

“I have been a client of ITAH for 7 years. In the last 2 years, Dr Skinner has provided all of my fur-kids with beyond amazing medical care, and the entire team at Indian Trail has been kind, warm, and like family for us. Dr Skinner saw my beloved soul dog Max through his final year with cancer, and compassionately laid him to rest June 21st, 2023 when it was his time. It was the hardest day of my life, but there was no other set of hands I would have trusted him with in those final moments. A few months later, the clinic reached out to ask if I'd be willing to foster a young german shepherd who had been abandoned. That young man had some big paw prints to fill, but he has become my best friend, and an outstanding fur-sibling in the family; we love him dearly and are thankful every day that we were connected with him. Since then, ITAH has continued to be a safe place for my animals to get the care they need. Thank you, Indian Trail, for going above and beyond to define what veterinary care should be. There's nowhere else I'd rather go.”

Dr. Armstrong was so caring and helpful when Marley the cat ended up needing his tail amputated after a freak accident. Most recently we saw Dr. Kuhn and he was so kind and affectionate toward our older cat when she was having urinary issues, and helped ease my fears. Unfortunately we moved across country in the last few months but we will continue to recommend ITAH to all our Spokane animal friends!”

“My fiancé and I had to take our dog in to Fairwood to be put down just a couple of days ago. Henry was old and had bone cancer. Our previous vet told us he only had a couple of weeks left, so we went to Fairwood for a second opinion. They were able to treat Henry with pain meds and we had him for about another three months, all of them happy! We spoiled him rotten! He was happy right up until about the last week or so, when we took him in to Dr. Hansen. She was absolutely wonderful and compassionate, and she gave Henry a pain-free transition. Of course we were devastated, but we knew we made the right decision. We will continue with Fairwood for our other animals, and hopefully next time we see Dr. Hansen, it will be under happier circumstances. Thank you, Ms. Hansen, for caring for our Henry. ❤️”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rush and his staff. Our dog had a sock lodged in his stomach yesterday and needed emergency surgery. The vet we've taken him to for the past 7 years gave us an eye-watering, astronomical quote (up to $10K) and told us the chances of finding another vet to do same day surgery was next to nil.
We felt like we were stuck between a rock and a hard place. Our pup is an essential part of our family but we'd basically have to take out a loan to pay for his surgery. I decided to get a second opinion before we moved forward.
I saw all the great Google reviews about South Grand Vet, so they were the first vet I called. I'm so, so glad I did. They went out of their way to get our sweet boy into surgery– Dr. Rush even stayed with him well into the evening to ensure he was doing ok. We're so incredibly grateful to he and his staff. They will be our permanent vet from this day forward.”

“I am very appreciative of low cost say services like this! It allowed me to adopt 2 kittens and not have to worry about adding to the cat population any further.
The hardest part was finding the parking lot and figuring out how the process worked.
Make sure you made your appointment online first! Then, park in a numbered space (remember which space number it is!) There is a banner across the entrance with a phone number that you text your name, space number and vehicle description to. Wait a bit and a staff member will be out to get your pet. Easy peasy!
I had 2 kittens spayed, rabies given, and microchipped. They came through with flying colors and I picked them up at the end of the day. My vet wanted to charge more for just spaying ONE kitten than what I paid for 2! And that price from the vet did not include the rabies or microchip.”

All staff tending to our pup were outstanding. There were multiple phone calls from both support staff and surgeon post surgery. While any specialty medical services are generally expensive, we feel the cost was commensurate with the excellent services received. We highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Kaiser!”
