Went to this store to ask if we would be charged for using our phones for calling and texting while in Canada. Spoke with Megan, said she could save us $20.00 a month on our bill, but didn’t bother to explain how or answer the Canada question. Instead she added 2 extra phones numbers to our plan. We had to contact Verizon to remove the numbers. We received our bill and were charged an activation fee of $35.00 for each phone plus taxes, etc totaling $98.82, for the 2 numbers she added. How is adding 2 more lines that we don’t need nor do we have 2 extra phones to use, saving $20.00 a month? Would not recommend talking to Megan. Don’t talk to the stores about your plan. At least when you tell Verizon you are not interested, they listen and answered our question about using our phones in Canada.

I love the location. I hate how I sit here waiting for service/assistance and for over an hour the 1 guy in your store can't acknowledge me. Good job guys. Acknowledge the customer and let them know it will be a bit.

I went in to get help to get my old phone paid off and walk out with a new one that I would actually be happy with.
I was told my monthly bill would go from 96 down to 93 with a different plan. The first month out, I would pay fees and stuff. Makes sense. However my monthly plan has gone from 96 to 124, with the first month being 190. Being told a fee of 35 dollars, the new 189 doesn't make sense.
I was lied to, with a smile, at every turn just to push a sale. I don't recommend going to this store if you want transparency and to not have your bill go up out of nowhere.

The guy that helped us Joey and as amazing!! Me and my family added 3 lines to an already existing plan and he helped us get the best promotion and actually spent half as much money as we were planing!! Over all super happy with the service because of Joey

Went in to pick up my router and waited patiently while Peter helped another customer. After 15 minutes it was my turn to be helped. Didn't have the router I ordered even though it was supposed to be in stock so Peter gave me another option with a separate router receiver. Then the system went down and I was told "Sorry man the systems down go to a corporate store and put in another order". Very unprofessional. I've had problems with Verizon in the past. Not sure why I thought this time would be different. I'm glad this happened now before I put out any money or started service.
