Absolutely impressed! Young lady named Cass, the manager, greeted us at the door and was ready to assist us. Very polite and helpful. She was extremely helpful and good at her job!

Ashlie helped me and my daughter out getting a new phone and was extremely personable and helpful. Was the easiest and efficient time we have had with a phone service company. She went above and beyond, give that girl a raise! Hope you get Ashlie at this location!

The most terrible chain, and the service in this store is terrible, the employees are very rude and do not solve anything. They connected me to some additional services and withdrew money from my account for it. Then they offered me a 15 iPhone to replace my 13 iPhone, they promised that I would only pay $300 for the 15 iPhone, and when I decided to switch to another line, they took me and sent me a bill for $860 for the 15 iPhone - despite the fact that they took my new 13. I don’t advise anyone to buy anything from them, it’s a crappy network and just a steal of money...

Where to start. Store staff last time we we in were okay but be aware for your bill fine print and ECT...
Verizon doesn't have the best service going south in the country back roads. Changed service after 20 year and in the last 8 weeks I have dealt with seeing the charges being higher with Verizon. The phone staff being rude, not knowledgeable about there billing, security or services. Final straw was an auto draw from my bank without approval.
Suggestions read everything and shop around. I am saddened by the situation with company after being a 20 year customer and finding out the value was not there

New customer and we had needed assistance setting our phones up. Our specialist was Tatiana and she went above and beyond to help us. Verizon customer service has proven to us to be better than other carriers.

Anna, the manager at this store, is amazing! I'd been dealing with major malfunctions in my cell service. Calls and text messaging were failing for Aprox 6 weeks. I'd been calling Customer Service (totaling about 29 hours) and being shipped a replacement Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I decided to pop in the store, pay off my device, and cancel my account at this point. The manager was able to solve the issue (new sim card, and reprovision my text message settings in my account) within 45 minutes! Despite the past frustration with technical support and the problems it caused, I decided to continue my services through Verizon due to her impressive and quick resolution. Highly recommend this location!! ? ?

I purchased a phone online and went into the store to pick it up and let me tell you guys... I wish I never would have made the switch to Verizon. The moment I walked into the store I was immediately stereotyped and not a good one either. The way I was treated was so egregious and disgusting. They literally thought I was some poor, homeless bum off the street trying to steal a phone from them and when I told them that they of course denied it and they were horrible at faking it. Anyone with a very basic knowledge of psychology and half a brain would know exactly the census of me when I walked in the store. I on the other hand try very hard to not be prejudice nor do any global labeling like what was done to me today. I know there are probably some good people in Verizon, just none of them work at this Verizon on division. I will absolutely never be returning nor do I want to hear from anyone there. Your not going to fool me by saying what I have said was untrue. I wish that store the best of luck and hope in your hearts you never treat another paying customer like that again. Spokane, I highly suggest you either dress the part or find another Verizon to go to. There are plenty of them around. Oh and I also originally paid for the lime green Samsung s23fe and what did I leave with a black one that had probably been thrown on the floor a few times. Yes those are assumptions and probably untrue but they might as well have. I literally left that store feeling like the biggest loser and most unloved human possible... we build each other up not stomp each other down... that's all I have to say..

Waited 25 min after being checked in, and the guy walks in to get the red carpet treatment. Employee was rude when I presented my case without an apology or anything. It's the same rude lady every time. I went somewhere else where I got better service. Even though this location is closer to me, I would rather go else where with my hard earned money and will not be back.
