“We had a great one night stay at the Davenport. The room was beautiful and, even though we didn't get the room we reserved (don't use 3rd party sites to reserve your room) the front desk immediately offered $100 off the room and saw that we were a couple and offered a bottle of champagne delivered to the room on the house. We also requested a mini fridge and both items were delivered to the room super fast! The bed was so comfortable and we woke up to gorgeous light pouring through the window.”
“Always a fun and nostalgic experience coming out to aging-like-a-fine-wine Crosby theater. We recently watched the CYT production of Beauty and the Beast and have been there on other occasions as well. Not a bad seat in the place. Whoever is taking care of this place is doing an outstanding job. I really appreciate older venues that get such great treatment.”

“Okay, some very good and some "hmmmm".... Stayed in September, 2023 and the room was very clean and pleasant. However, after being out all day and coming back to the room for our second night, the beds were still unmade and the damp towels/washcloths had not been retrieved and replaced. Obviously housekeeping never did its job. The staff were pleasant enough, though there is little to no comfortable seating in the lobby area. I didn't want to disturb my traveling companion, so I sat in a chair by the elevator to do my early morning reading, which felt a little weird. Also, there is no free breakfast. Didn't use the pool area, but it looked great from the window.”
“We are more than happy with our custom order Kincaid couch and chair. Its beautiful. It came right on time and the delivery guys were fabulous! We are very happy all around from the time we ordered to this moment, almost 3 months after receiving the set. Any concerns you might have, erase them! This is a great store with amazing products. And the store itself? OHMIGOSH… go look around!!”

“I stayed pre cruise and when I returned. I also utilized their pay and park option, which was a great saving. The most outstanding customer service was rendered at my arrival to the airport. These young ladies tried Uber and Lyft to get me to the hotel since their shuttle was disabled. Amazing staff!”

“I was very impressed with the huge variety of wines they offer here. The $20 flight of 8 wines was incredible and the host “Mary” would comment about each wine and the varietal grapes distinctive to France’s Bordeaux area. You can bring in your own food or purchase a delicious cheese plate for a nominal fee.
I won’t forget what I’ve learned and tasted. If you buy a bottle or two of the special wines, you get a discount! Terra Blanc is one of the best wineries in Spokane and in TriCities area. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Claire at the front desk was very kind, respectful, and helpful. This was my first time staying at the Lusso. The room was excellent, got upgraded to a suite. Luxurious jet tub and shower. The best mattress I have ever slept on.”
“My daughter had a wonderful birthday party here. Experience with the staff was good. Daughter and her friends seemed to really enjoy the time with the coach and playing in the in the foam pit, the climbing structure, and gym. Overall great time and would recommend having a birthday party here if your child is into gymnastics.”

“Location location location for this hotel. Being right down town and being conveniently located near several restaurants was a plus. Distance to the airport was also an easy drive. Room's are a little outdated but they are currently doing renovations.”

“I (an adult with no children) had a glorious time! 5/5 rating for the angelfish, the rays that allowed you to gently pet them, the birds, the little fish that "ate" your hand, and the expertise and friendliness of the workers!
1/5 rating for the electic eel tank size. Poor thing could barely turn around. I read some other reviews that legally it fits the minimum requirements but I highly doubt that is still true now that the eel is almost 5 feet long and in a tank that isn't even double that length. I can't help but feel so sorry for it that it can't even swim without immediately hitting a wall!! Electric eels are active swimmers and should be in a large spacious tank that permits swimming and movement. (The electric eel is technically a knife fish and the tank recommendations for an 18 inch adult knife fish is 120-180 gallons, and 200 gallons or larger for a 3 foot clown knife fish. So a 5 foot electric eel needs SO much more space!) Even IF it's legally appropriate, it can't be ethically appropriate to have the tank size be so small...”
