I felt scammed, I asked for the most affordable way to ship out 5 cutco knifes, and in my car realized i paid $55 for shipping. Use USPS next time its only $17.95.

Absolutely terrible service today from Caitlyn. We had a couple returns for Amazon and I mixed up my scans and was treated very poorly while sorting it out. We come here often for many things and have always gotten great service.

Ups store at wandermere in Spokane Washington. My disabled mother needed to get a document notarized and the gal helping her was very rude to my mom and also acted impatient. Mom has been going to the same facility every year for 20 years and has never been treated so poorly. Not satisfied.
