I went in with a ton of packages today that were returns. The person behind the counter, Gary, helped me. I think at first he did try to sell me a box and wrap (which is probably mandatory) but I've never had to do that with an Amazon return so I was confused by it.He patiently explained that with some returns they require the customer to pack even if they are printing the labels at UPS.Gary, I'm leaving you and your store a five star review because you took the time to explain things to me even after I was upset about the process. I appreciate it.I've always had good experiences here with the store on 29th Ave.

Convenient location right next to Safeway, staff is always working fast and really polite. Appreciate all of you at the UPS store!

Very bad customer service, the employees are rude. I was trying to recover my package from Amazon and they refused to deliver it because I did not have my license with me and they did not accept another type of identity. I don't think I will ever visit one of these stores again? ?

This is the only ups store that will not let me send a scope and bipods because it’s a “firearm part”……. Yet another ups store will send my pistol slide to a gunsmith and back to me no questions asked. I will never use this ups store again.

DO NOT USE UPS. They just lost a customer for life. They lost my package and would not file a claim. I used to think the postal service was bad. Ups is worse. Going to small claims court.

Rude customer service was dropping off a package that should’ve been picked up at my door which UPS has not showed up for two days so I go into the store and he proceeds to tell me that I should probably go home and wait for them to show up at my door then he gives me the one 800 number to contact the drivers and proceeds to tell me that he has no idea and he could not help me with the phone service. I usually don’t write reviews like this, but the things he said were totally not even acceptable. Very rude customer service.

Lost my package or stole it more than likely, one of the two!! Didn’t scan it into USPS system even though it had a prepaid label now they tell me sorry nothing we can do!! Now I’m out $180!!! Can’t claim it with USPS either cause they didn’t ever scan it at UPS. If you value your money don’t go here terrible store.

Wow I get nothing but friendly wonderful service here at the 29th store.For those of you who claim you've been yelled at LOL you had to have been rude disrespectful people without a doubt?Oh and by the way they have these nifty little machines so if they make a mistake on the address You have to double and sometimes triple check it before they can proceed so the only way a mistake is made is if you don't double check it yourself. So take responsibility for yourself for once. Update. Extra 5 stars for having to deal with all those ignorant reviews. Remember Mr Smith you have to confirm if the address is correct or not. So if you went back after you said your not going back ?and your item was sent to the wrong address that would mean you had to actually confirm that address was correct and that would make it ALL YOUR Fualt.

The customer service is lacking aside from the acting manager. Big guy, long hair very condescending and rude over the phone and enjoys hanging up on customers. Then when I come into the the store argues with me in front of the employees and customers telling me how I should treat him. Not a good business practice. Going to another store until they guy is gone. Have the audio if the owner wants to reach out. -Update - The incompetency of the staff is horrendous. They wrote the wrong address down again and delayed our package again. The owner needs to get a handle on their staff.

Horrific experience. They Mis-addressed a Christmas package. Spoke with them 4 times on phone to try and locate it to no avail. Given run around. Went in to file claim and the lost package (severely damaged now) is sitting on back counter! Clerk was a jerk. Absolutely no interest in trying to fix situation or help.Recommend you use another UPS store and steer clear of 29th street location. So disappointing. Clear that they don’t care at all and rude as all get out. So many other options available.
