Each time I’ve gone to a UPS store I’ve had fantastic service! I’ve been to many different stores around town and my experience is consistently great! If I’m ready with my QR code for a return, or if I need help obtaining the code, the employees are always kind, helpful and patient.

Their receipt printers cause the receipts to have lines on them so you can't read your tracking number! Their staff doesn't care AT ALL about fixing it!

Went in over the weekend to send out wedding invitations.
My fiance worked incredibly hard to address each envelop with care refusing my help because she wanted them to look perfect.
Now they all have been stamped in bold red ink insufficient postage and sent back to us because the employees at this location didn't sell me the correct postage.
Thanks for adding to our wedding to do list, we were running out of things to do.

Closed early while I was unloading my van to get packages ready to ship. Employees still in the building could clearly see me and what was happening. When I got to the door the employee continued to tell me they were closed through the glass. UPS is the absolute worst.

Closed an hour and a half early for an apparent “power outage” even tho I can look inside and see tvs on and the lights on too. Thanks for costing me two hours of travel time and bus fare only to not be able to ship a package. Absolute joke.
