Apparently you cannot ship to Mexico City from this store. Thats a first time in my life. I hope the person in charge can do something about how bad trained the employees are. I literally googled that the best option to send stuff fast to Mexico was UPS thats why Im here.

For over two years I have never had an issue doing Amazon returns at this store. Their self-service return system was down and one of my returns was supposed to be customer packaged. I found a box and put the item in it, the staff member then tells me that I have to return it in the exact Amazon bag that it came with or I could purchase something at the store. 1) If it had to be returned in the exact Amazon packaging then why would I be able to purchase packaging from them. 2) That is not in Amazon's return instructions.

First and foremost, I want to give a shoutout to Tanya. She is so kind and professional. She does her best to keep things moving whether it’s busy or a short line. Whether it’s
returns, sending a package, or getting a document notarized, they have been easy to work with and do a great job. I actually had to ask why the store has bad reviews, and I learned they switched ownership two years ago. Hoping to get the word out that this is a great location!

I am not sure how they got all these raving reviews. I went in and two employees wouldn’t even look up, they were staring at their phones. The only person helping said she couldn’t ship how I wanted to, even though it’s been done before with zero issues. They kept telling me to go on online and make and account and do it from home, even though I was standing there in person needing to ship. I had to come up with my own solution, and get it done. Sure they ship, but I ran into the three crankiest employees there it appears.
