lov was awesome, very knowledgeable! We got our special-order door with large window and built-in blinds in less than 2 weeks for a great price! Other stores' doors were too wide, much more expensive with a 6-8 week wait. Next time I need a door I'm going here first!!

Just like in the story, the Ugly Duck has transformed! I was a little nervous getting out of the car at the warehouse; but, when I opened the door, there before me was a clean, well-merchandised, orderly showroom. I was welcomed immediately.
Shaun was great(!)— with complete product knowledge and dedication to helping me find the kind of doors I had been looking for for over month. Within 20 minutes of my arrival, he had loaded my doors in my vehicle, had located extra hardware for me, and had processed my sale.
Everything was just what I think a properly run business should be. The kind of folks you like to do business with.

Almost spent $1500 there today, until the manager gave me a sour taste in my mouth and i left. Pablo the guy helping was great, she was not. What the hell happened to this place.

My husband and I drove from Idaho to buy a door, got there and we were not impressed. The manager I believe she was, blew right past us , cursing and laughing with another gal. The 2 salesmen there ended up recommending a different store close by, and not only did they have the same doors , they were less than half of the price ugly duck's displayed prices. we decided we are buying online from Home Depot.

The only place to go for all of your door needs. Front door, closet door, pantry door you name it. Friendly and patient customer service as well. They will walk you thru the whole process. Was so pleasant and pleased.

Bought two sets of bi-fold closet doors. Realized they were warped after installing and wondering why they weren’t opening properly. I guess that’s where the “ugly” comes from in their name. I’ve completely taken them off - trash. What a waste.

I found a beautiful door in their warehouse, yet it was too tall. Shaun assured me they had 2 in stock. They searched over the weekend and found the right size door in their warehouse of 1000's of doors. They hung it and called me for pickup 2 weeks earlier than expected. Shaun made sure it was wrapped and ready to be safely driven home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and a great price as well.
