Absolutely the easiest and most affordable option to move my family of 6 across the US. We had an entire semi truck to ourselves. Loaded it. They picked it up. Made it to our destination they delivered it. Easy and hands down, for the amount of space we had, the most most affordable!

2nd move with upack. Used 3 cubes from Denver to Spokane. Suggest using professional movers to pack the cubes tight. Suggest using uhaul boxes and blankets to pack your stuff. Get straps from Harbour Freight to strap the stuff down.

We are moving from California to COVILLE Washington and they will NOT deliver our items to that destination!!!!!!! They will only go as far as Spokane and Coville is only 2 more hours. My husband served his country and is a disabled VETERAN and this is how he is treated on the phone with disrespect I'm going to be making some calls to make sure this get resolved ASAP!!!!

We couldn’t be more satisfied with our TX to WA move! Our trailers, yes 2, were delivered for loading as promised, picked up, delivered for unloading then picked up promptly at our destination. Yes, we paid for guaranteed service as we did have some time restrictions. Everyone we talked to was professional, knowledgeable and kind. It was a fantastic experience! These are company drivers moving your goods, not contractors! This makes a huge difference! Thank you ABF for a great job!!!

They brought the trailer on time and picked it up on time. The service then broke down on delivery. The delivery was a week late past the date they gave us. Scheduling a pick up was difficult. When the movers arrived to get the belongings there was no ramp for the trailer. There was nobody to talk to or to get a ramp from. This caused moving delays and an increase in what we had to pay the movers.

Amazingly convenient and flawless system they have. Do it! It is the cheapest way to move and we did it cross country over 2000 miles. Just drive to your new home and the trailers appear. You have ample time to load and unload on your own time. Perfect system. Great execution.

We used this service to move to another state. The delivery and pick up were done timely an efficiently. Our unit arrived at its destination almost before we did. Found it easy to schedule and will definitely use them again.

We love using Upack. We've used them twice now, once 12 years ago and again recently last month. Same excellent service. Love being able to talk to a real human to reserve and get details about our reservation. Drivers are knowledgeable and kind. All of our belongings arrived in the same condition as we packed/loaded them into the moving truck. Loved that they are flexible with drop off and pick up dates as well. We have highly recommended them for years.

I really liked the convenience of having the trailer dropped off and left for us to load at our own pace. The driver was great - put the trailer exactly where we wanted it! I would have given a 5 star review except for a couple of things: 1: The trailer was to be taken from North Idaho to Northwest Washington, but for some reason, it had to be routed through Portland OR, where it sat for a few days. This delayed the arrival time. 2: When it arrived at the new location, we opened it and the first thing we saw were two used condoms lying on the floor of the trailer along with some packages of lube and other paraphenalia. This tells me, that at some point on the journey (probably while it was sitting in Portland) the trailer was left open, and someone got into the trailer and did things that I don't want to picture. Very disturbing, to say the least! At least none of our items were missing, as far as I can tell, but still disturbing! Other than those two things, everything went smoothly! I would probably use U-pack again, if the need arises.
