“These guys knew just what was wrong with my car with minimal description! They know their subarus. They did a major job and it worked just how they said it would for the price they quoted (which was substantially lower than a dealership). Even a little bit early. I recommend anyone in Spokane area to bring your subarus here for work.

“My wife went out to start her car this morning and it wouldn't start. Called Vandervert and they were great on the phone and said I could drop it off and they would work it in this week. I was luckily able to get it to the shop after a jump. Matt was awesome and tested the battery for us and it did turn out to be the battery. Tested the alternator just to be sure and it was fine. Got us in right away and the battery was done in minutes. Definitely will be back for anything else we need done.”

“I am so happy that Wicked Wrench was recommended to me by an employee of Jiffy Lube for the work needed for my 2007 Chevy Silverado. They were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and provided a considerably less estimate to replace the front and rear main seals as well as water pump seal and oil pan. The truck runs great now with no more leaking. If you need good mechanics, the men at Wicked Wrench are the best and most reasonable of any I have ever found.”

Wrote that first part years ago. Still holds true. This is the only place I'll take my vehicles. They've always been nothing but honest. Also they are great about communicating with you.
I know they go above and beyond for their customers because I've seen it myself. My girlfriend's friend had an engine failure that was gonna be expensive. Tune Tech worked with the dealership and the manufacturer to get her back on the road pretty cheaply.
Dealing with cars sucks, but these guys make it easier.”

“Received some of the best advice from a friend the other day, to go in and see Liberty Tire. Wow ? am I ever so glad I did! What a great group of people just really cool people! And don’t even get me started about the “office dog”! ? That right there was the price of admission in my book. And the tires you ask? These are the best “gently used” tires I have ever had! Took them out for a test run up on the mountain and they handle like a dream…. “I can't complain they did an all right job they didn't permanently fix my problem. They said ultimately my car was just going down the shitter and that it wouldn't be worth the time and money to repair it. They said there were a bunch of service recalls that I could take a look at but they never gave me the list. I called asking about it but it was kind of frustrating that they didn't respond.”
“No waiting time for my appointment and were willing to do a tire rotation. I was kept informed with what was needed with my car. New filter and back brakes. Although It was more money than expected I had it done. Very kind staff and helpful.”

“The first time I visited Wendle Nissan, I went in for a new battery. I sat there 3 hours because the guy I checked in with didn't write down that I was waiting, even though he asked me if I'd be waiting & I said yes. So I had to wait until their lunch was over before they would install the battery.
The 2nd time I went there it was for a recall. They informed me they may have to keep it over night. No problem. I dropped my car off & just a few short hours later they called me to tell my car was ready. The guys at Wendle are very nice & helpful & I feel safe taking my car there.”

“Went in with my f350 for ongoing oil changes. Being a diesel, it takes 3 times the amount of oil as a typical car so I know the cost quite a bit more but the service is quick and efficient.”
“I lost my transmission cooler lines headed towards Idaho on 7/3/24. I had AAA tow my Silverado to A&L transmission to take a look at the damage. The shop was completely full and busy. Don and Judy were quite hospitable, diagnosing and checking parts availability. It initially looked grim, and thought we would have to leave the truck and rent a car to get to Silverwood for the 4th. Judy located the parts and Don told me he’d have me back on the road in a couple of hours. They pulled the whole crew together and they knocked it out of the park. I cannot stress my gratitude for helping me and my family get back on the road. If I lived closer all my vehicles would be serviced here! Thanks again, Don, Judy and crew!”
