I have bought 2 pairs of shoes form this company in the Spokane valley mall , awesome shoes !! The customer service is the best I have ever experienced in retail , I highly recommend!

My new favorite place to buy functional shoes! They spent a lot of time finding and fitting me with a variety of shoes til I found something that fit perfectly. Found something that I really liked, but didn't really love the color. They were able to ship me a different pair of the same brand and size from another store, and the shoes arrived very quickly. They are just what I was looking for (basically a rugged and waterproof, but lightweight, tennis shoe that will work well for my long outdoor adventures on rough terrain). Will definitely shop there first next time I need high-quality, comfortable footwear.

Josh was awesome he helped me pick the perfect shoe. I have never been to a shoe store that helped the customer out at this level. Amazing customer service. I’ll be back for my next pair of shoes.

I had been meaning to do this for a couple weeks. I purchased a pair of boots on 11/20 as the store was closing. I don't often take the time to give reviews but was really impressed by the customer service of the young man there. I think it was maybe Joe or John?? Either way, he walked me through options, was extremely friendly and made me want to buy there again the next time I need shoes. Even though we walked in about 5 min to close, I didn't feel rushed and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you sir, you have a bright future ahead!

Wonderful selection of quality shoes. The salesman was very helpful in finding the right pairs of shoes for my elderly mom. So glad this store has come to town!
