I was here to pick up a part for my Matrix and was happy the part was still available as my car is a 2004. The gentleman at the parts counter who helped me was friendly as well as the other gentleman who was also behind the counter. It seems that they had been having an issue with the credit card system and so I paid cash. I had noticed the card reader had read "approved" and asked him if my card was going to be charged even though I had paid cash, he said he checked the computer and couldn't find the transaction. I had said before l walked out something in regards to not wanting to see the charge go through. He assured me it wouldn't. After I had left town I had checked my bank statement and sure enough the charge was pending. The dealership was called and a woman had said it would be handled that day and that she would send an email to confirm. The email didn't come. The next day it took several attempts to find a person with answers and was told it would be handled. Meanwhile the transaction was no longer pending and the money was actually taken from my account. So it seems the transaction wasn't cancelled for several days and nobody made contact by email or otherwise as promised. After talking to several people and several days later we received an apology email.
I think it was a pleasant enough visit on the day but it was soured by the lake of care after a valad compliant was brought to their attention.

I've called multiple times and the phone just keeps ringing. This last time it rang for almost 15 mins without an answer or voicemail option. I've made sure I called during business hours and I understand being busy but I'm trying to schedule an appointment for a recall safety issue with my car so I'm just going somewhere else I guess.

They always try to get you in and out quickly. If they happen to discover an issue, they explain it to you , and let you decide what you want to do. This is my second Rave 4,...and I trust that they have never tried to cheat me.

I posted this review on another site. For some reason West Coasters like to use YELP and I'm not a fan of this platform but am posting here. A lot of people give 1 star reviews for really lame reasons and it affects businesses. Maybe due your Due Diligence and stop being so lame and reach out to a business before giving a1 star review for a water spot on your window or being a nagging purchaser that wants everything handed on a silver platter while being a terrible person to another human. I appreciate my local Toyota store. They always are courteous and knowledgeable with excellent customer service. It recently changed ownership but the people that work there are still awesome and hardworking and they always go the extra mile in the service department with tidbits of information on your vehicle. I have always used Toyota for my various Scion cars in South Florida and now Spokane. You really can't go wrong. I always book a 730am appointment and am usually first in line and have to wait several hours for my cars basic service checkup but here in spokane I also have them add and or remove my snow tires and I'm in and out in under 1.5 hours, now this might be a fluke but I'll take it. Wow, Thanks Findlay Toyota!

Went for service. It's a dealer, if you go there you know your paying high prices. Besides the price, they got it done fast and did a thorough job. If ok with inflated prices, I would recommend.

Dropped my car off the night before was an easy process. Got the oil changed & did there inspection. Was done before I got off work so I could take it home.
