“These employees at this location are very kind to autistic adults such as myself. I know that I can go in and I don’t have to pretend to be some boring adult just because society says so. They don’t shame adults for doing the heart ceremony, they encourage it! I can be myself, mask off, and they never make me feel like I’m being too much. The bears I’ve gotten are full of warm memories from this location, and I’m so grateful.
I try not to expect much from anyone on the clock, and lots of BAB employees have to deal with entitled parents and unhappy drooling-on-everything kids. Retail isn’t easy! I’d rather make myself small and easy to deal with. Not contribute to someone’s fatigue, or loss of faith in humanity. But I feel welcome and safe at this location. Safe enough to stop making myself be so small. Here my enthusiasm is actually welcome! If you have a love for stuffies and whimsy, and you’re used to making yourself small, go to BAB. Go find a furry friend!
As a side note I’m so happy this location is still the old school decorations and not the new modern makeover. Whimsy! We all need a little sometimes.”

“Love it here! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of comics with lots of used trade paperbacks and a ton of crates to dig through. Can special order comics as long as they are still in print.”
“I’ve only lived in Spokane for two years, but I have made it inside Boo Radley‘s at least 15 to 20 times. Most of those times were to pick up postcards and stickers. I send a lot of mail and the postcards here are always a little quirky, different and even better sometimes a little inappropriate. But there are so many other fun things to look at and purchase as well. We bring friends who come to visit us for a Boo Radley‘s stop and they always find a treasure!”
“Tragically unlike the valley mall location they did not have any trading card game merchandise, however for what it is as a small board game shop the prices were fair and they had a nice selection. We had a nice conversation with the clerk and made it out with a new card game to play.”

“Super homey shop and the two guys in there were super sweet. I especially like the dude working on some pinball machines with colorful suspenders on, he was super welcoming and has a contagious laugh!! There was so much to look at through the whole shop and there wasn’t a single blank surface. Plus there was a little dog hanging out in there!! Super great place :)))”

“Honestly i have my reservations about getting piercings here. My last set I got done here were not only slightly crooked, but the healing process was AWFUL from unclean practice.But there's a worker there, I don't know her name (or preferred pronouns, so if i'm misgendering you, i'm sorry!), but she has multiple facial piercings and gives off forest witch aesthetic. She is AMAZING and sanitized the ENTIRE station multiple times (which i noticed the younger girl did not do). She is probably the only claire's employee i will ever get piercings from again lol so if you're on a budget, i recommend her fully!”
“Gamestop employees were very friendly and informative with any questions I may have had. They were respectful and asked if there was anything I could find as soon as I came in the door. The place was clean and the atmosphere was great. They had plenty of games and if not they could point me in the right direction. Also they had plenty of accessories to choose from as well. They have all of your gaming needs and I would highly recommend.”
