Didn't even shape my nails. I asked for almond. I had long natural nails. That had acrylic previous but I had just removed them so I filed my nails. The guy working there didn't reshaped them and kept digging the file on my skin. I kept pulling my hand out because it hurt really bad. Also cuz me with the electric file. Doesn't know how to hold the nail file. Never going back and do not recommend.

Hasn't been crowded when I've done a drop in but you can also make a reservation. The owner whose name I believe is Betty couldn't be more friendly. She did a great job on my nails. When I got back to Spokane from a long visit in Seattle, another woman who worked there did my nails and also did a fantastic job. Affordable and quick. Free parking. Very clean. Totally recommend

I have been going to Kelly at Top Nail for a while now and she is literally the BEST! I’ve been all around Spokane and am ridiculously picky… shapes, colors, and jewels… She has everything. I can show her any design and she can replicate to the T. She’s Quality and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg.Services: Nail art

I made an appointment for my daughter and I to get our nails filled, they were not ready and did not make it a priority to take care of us before walk ins. I left and my nails still looked as if they needed to be filled, my daughter's nails were lumpy, the tips that the man painted on her were horrible, uneven, and smeared. By the time we were done we had already been there two hours and the place was packed, and we were late for other plans we had with family, so there was no time to ask them to fix it. And then they had the nerve to charge me even more for her nails. I do not leave these types of reviews, but I over all, I was very disappointed.Service: Acrylic nails

I was going to my mom's funeral and I needed my nails filled went there because Tina nails were full the girl that worked on my nails was very rude I tried to show her how I wanted my nails very square and she kept rounding my edges on my nails taking the sides of my nails off not making them square but round so I told her again I like them very square and she just kept doing them round u cood tell she had an attitude I was gonna get my pedi there also but decided not to and and told them to forget the pedi and when she polished my nails they were all see through and too thin and one of my nails chipped so I had to go to Tina's nails the next morning to get my nails re polished and ended up being late for my mom's funeral just because this girl had an attitude about the way I wanted my nails done I have never had such a bad job done on my nails especially before my mom's funeral making me late I will never go back to top nails the two girls were there were very rudeService: Acrylic nails

I was here taking care of my brother after his surgery and needed a gel fill, this nail salon was close by and I gave it a try. I have gel nails and asked for a fill of gel nails. They started using acrylic and I said no acrylic please I want only gel. They told me it was gel, but acrylic is unmistakable and they proceeded with the acrylic with gel top coat. Very disappointing but didn’t want to make a scene so accepted the service and paid with no tip as they didn’t provide my requested service. Not impressed.Service: Acrylic nails
